Sells items they do not have
This website sells items they do not have in stock and then constantly lies about it. On July 25, I made an order for three items. The website indicated 5 to 10 day ship time via EMS. During the month after my order, I got a series of emails about how my items were being polished and inspected, how they were being sent to EMS for shipping, and finally how they were being taken back from EMS and then transferred to FedEx for upgraded faster shipping. Finally, one month after I made the order, I emailed the company to ask that my items either be shipped immediately or refunded. At that point, the company told me that they never had the items to begin with, but that they would try to procure them by the end of August. I was tired of waiting by this point and was very disappointed about all of the false information they had given me, so sent two more emails asking for a refund and finally received it.
