I needed a different delivery address…

I needed a different delivery address from the invoice address and this was completely beyond this company’s ability to deliver. On the original order, different delivery address, confirmation of order showing incorrect delivery address, 2 emails quoting order number and error ignored. I no longer need or want the product so am stuffed by their incompetence

I am sorry this was your experience. The delivery detail is always the 2nd address - delivery address. Really not sure what went wrong. Regarding emails sent, I have still not received any emails to that effect. Always happy to resolve a problem so am disappointed you are disappointed.
