Natural Clinic Istanbul 

My Dentist Ebru was an angel! She was kind, gentle, caring and listened to all my needs and concerns. Communication was effortless because she spoke excellent English. I’m extremely happy with the outcome of the results. I am grateful she helped make this such a positive experience. I love my teeth.

A totally unreliable company not worthy of putting our trust to improve our health in them, totally irresponsible and false, I believe that all those reviews speaking well about Natural Clinic are false, about 2 months ago I let them know that I did not want to continue my dental treatment with them and I wanted my refund and they began to try to persuade me to continue with them when they could not convince me they agreed to the refund and from that moment it is one excuse after another they asked me for my bank account for the deposit and nothing the last thing is that their representative has been 6 days that although he is connected he does not answer texts or calls my advice stay away from Natural Clinic a TOTAL FRAUD

1. Stay away from it
lack of service
lack of communication
ignorance total
2. for a "service" detail... they should/could do something about their "smile" and no... there was no rammadan yet, so that was not the reason.
3. When a promise/contract is made... whatever... you comply and or resolve the problem(s). no matter what.
4. Do your own research online and check about services, even AFTER- "SALE"
For people who fly often... a easy-jet flight and a bigger company... it's NOT all about the price... but S E R V I C E... Q U A L I T Y and C O M F O R T !!!
And HERE..... well... nature.clinic FAILED completely

We can say... (customer is king ??)...
NO. but a WORD is A WORD.

I can be pissed-off by their way of service.
I paid the dental treatment and somewhere we are "foreigner" and we have to assume/consume it... as we are a "NOT at HOME-status"

I went recently and my experience was quite positive. Doctors and staff were very professional and sincere.hygiene is incredible you can hand yourself over with peace of mind I was satisfied with my treatment process and I would definitely recommend the clinic

I wasted my money
I was in Istanbul for 7 days went for complex reinoplastry surgery.. I was told that it will done next day no response.. they booked my surgery without me consulting doctor
I didn’t get my surgery done .. wasted my time
No support and they deposit I paid they took it and covered the hotel charges
It was very bad experience.. once they take ur money they will not refund
I will never recommend natural clinic to anyone

The service was professional and friendly. The hotel was perfect. The procedure was painless and amazing. Loving the new teeth. I greatly recommend this service.

So many issues - I had liposuction and hair transplant. My bald spot is still there after 18 months. The after care was shocking. The pain was incredible. If I hadn’t have asked for someone to take me to a supermarket to get some food then 2 evenings I’d have gone hungry as no one showed up. Be very careful with these guys

Since I arrived in Istanbul, the staff at the clinic made me feel very welcome and were all very kind.
I would also like to add that the doctors I saw were completely professional and I was very happy with the results throughout my treatment.
You don't have to worry about language barriers as the translators are all very skilled.

My first visit to Natural Klinik is behind me. I am happy 😃 I can't get enough of my teeth, I smile a lot more 😃 Everything went very well and fast thanks to the best translator and assistant Belgin, she accompanied me from start to finish. She was on the phone 24 hours a day. I am very grateful to her. I also have a wonderful doctor, his name is Mehmet. I highly recommend him, he has the hand of God. He feels everything. I’m on my second trip to Istanbul Natural Clinic from the US and I will continue to keep coming back. Everyone has bad days at work so you don’t always have the best people in the best moods. That being said the doctors here are very professional and the work they do far exceeds any work I have had done anywhere else. I am so grateful to my teams here and what they have done for me. My doctors always consult with me and when I don’t understand they provide MEDICAL translators to me at no cost. The service is impeccable and the experience has been life changing. I felt special from the first contact. The doctors explained the treatment in detail and kept me informed every step of the way. The modern structure and hygiene standards of the clinic were remarkable. We had met 2 times before, but I could not have it done because I was undecided about the procedure, but when I came again on the recommendation of a friend, I decided to have the procedure done. When I saw the place live for the first time, I thought it was a very modern hotel, but it was a dental clinic, I was very impressed, the teachers and assistants were very interested and they finished my procedures in 5 days. strongly advise to stay away from...
This is the repeated review as after the first review I had a call from Natural Clinic blackmailing me to remove my review in order to get my OPG’s and arrangements to go back to them but I have to pay for flights , hotel extra for resolving my issues. When I told them I have gum disease and gum , bone recession they told me that I had all these problems before , which shows how unprofessional the dentist are to do aesthetic before treating the gum. I have copies of my OPG but told them I would never go back to them as I have absolutely no trust in them touching my teeth again.
I had dental treatment , upper and lower front veneers and 11 crowns, on the the day I was examined and discharged I had discomfort and pain but I had assumed it was normal and should give some time for healing. after 2 months the lower front started hurting went back to them and was examined and was told 3 of my lower teeth are loose and had an OPG that showed I needed 1 root canal, when I went to the dr. That had treated me she said my teeth have been shaved a lot and that is the reason for pain and discomfort I was experiencing. And the veneers should be replaced with crowns.
Since then l've been to several dentist in London they all said my teeth are badly damaged and starting having gum disease, went under another root canal treatment and I might have to extract one tooth. And have all the others removed and redone it would cost me £40k. l've lost my sleep over this mentally in a very bad condition, thinking I trusted these people who should do anything to look after patients but all they care abut is money .
I have contacted the coordinator and she tried to help me but said I need to contact after care . then tried after care department by calling, texting and emailing but didn't get any reply from her. Also emailed the clinic.
I have proof (reports, X-rays) from several dentists who confirmed the malpractice.
The amount of money time , pain and effort I made is nothing compare to the emotional pain and nightmares I’m going through!
I’m trying to take legal action against them and do anything to aware innocent people to avoid this clinic and save them from horrible experience I had with them.
Please, please be aware!!

I was hesitant of doing a hair transplant in the beginning, but the support and follow up encourqged me. My consultant Ahmed Soliman is an amazing person who helped me and helped answer my questions and clear any doubts I have. I was treated like a king at Natural Clinic and they respected everything they mentionned in the medical offer they proposed. Certainly, it is too early to judge the result but all in all I feel good about it and the post-operation results are satisfying (no swelling).

I was very nervous about coming and getting this treatment, mostly because I came alone. I'm really scared of infections and I was put at ease quite quickly. The communication from the first time I asked to the current finish was really good. I didn't feel stupid about the questions I asked. Super clean and organised. Everyone was very friendly. All the translators, reception, everyone from the dental assistants to the actual dentists were very caring and very kind to me. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the result
