I visited Natural Clinic on Thursday, 01/05/2025, traveling from London, UK. From the very moment I landed in Turkey, everything was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. From the airport pickup to the hotel transfer, and from the hotel to the clinic — every part of my journey was smooth, stress-free, and so thoughtfully organized.

Before my arrival, I was already in constant communication with my incredible consultant, Hanyyah, who spoke perfect English and made the entire process feel effortless. She was by my side every step of the way — from the initial consultations before my trip, throughout my treatments, and even after I returned home. As someone who naturally suffers from anxiety and is very nervous about dental work, having her support made all the difference. Her patience, understanding, and genuine care reassured me more than I can express.

On my first day at the clinic, every detail was explained thoroughly — from what the tooth extractions and root canals would involve, to showing me detailed X-rays of my teeth. For as long as I can remember, my teeth have been one of my biggest insecurities, due to a lifetime of poor experiences with dentists in the UK. Being an active sports person, I had also lost some teeth from accidents, which added to my self-consciousness.

Thanks to the team at Natural Clinic, I now have a beautiful, confident smile — something I truly thought I would never have again at this stage of my life.

I am deeply grateful to Dr. Asli, Dr. İpek, and their wonderful assistants (whose names I, unfortunately, did not get) for their incredible skill, kindness, and dedication in restoring my smile. I also want to thank Bechir, another amazing consultant who was part of my journey and offered so much support along the way.

The medical consultant Esam Alsayed (who is +90 553 141 06!54) was the first point of contact for us who was instrumental in making the experience great for us. He skillfully and thoughtfully navigated the end to end process for us, making sure we had all the information and details before we arrived and once we arrived he was our go to person for any questions- he provided prompt responses and was very attentive. The Natural Clinic was a great place to get my hair transplant as I was very happy with everyone as they were all very helpful and professional and the surgery was very successful with great doctors and nurses. I would strongly recommend the Natural Clinic.

They were great from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Very bad communication. Never updated on anything happening. Kept getting pushed around from one person to another. Even post surgery zero support from any of the staff. Was asked for payment 3 times even though i had showed receipts of full payment on several occasions. The lack of communication is really frustrating and bad

Was looked after so well by both the dentists. They took so much care of me and allowed me to have multiple breaks during the procedure which can be very stressful.i especially want to thank Ipek for doing my root canals so perfectly. I would ask love to thank Orçun for his professionalism and working so hard to ensure I loved my new smile! A bit of feedback.. it would be nice if the Admin could be more considerate and understanding as it was very annoying to be asked for payment while the dentist was literally in my MOUTH! Other than that everything was good even the drivers were lovely and accommodating.

I was at the clinic and paid 5,700 euros. They didn't perform the surgery and didn't refund my money. I'm waiting for them to contact me.
They gave me general anesthesia. After two hours, they woke me up without doing anything. They told me they weren't prepared and I would have to go to a more qualified hospital.

The process was very easy, I had no pain at all and they picked me up from the airport and provided transportation from the hotel to the clinic, the doctors were very professional in general

He makes treatment planning so strategically that he neither causes extra financial burden to the patient nor makes the treatment incomplete.
