Love this product
Love this product. I stopped using most hair products awhile ago because I have sensitive skin & they used to run into my eyes.

The wax is too hard to wash out of my hair which makes it very unnatural feeling. It also seems to take a lot of product to get a medium hold. If you like a waxy hair product this may be right for you but not for me.

Our products should wash out easily with shampoo, especially since we don’t use any synthetic oils like petrolatum or mineral oil.
And you’re correct that depending on your hair profile and which product you use, the amount of hold can differ depending on how much product you use.

First experience
First experience with the Natural Barber Co. website and products.
I ordered the two waxes and they arrived very quickly at my home in France. The packaging was very neat. The packaging of the products is beautiful and very neat.
I found these products to be of very high quality; no residue on my hands, non-greasy feel in my hair. The matte effect is really matte and very natural, the shiny effect is really shiny without making the hair look greasy.
The hair stays soft without the cardboard effect and this, all day long.
There is little smell and the list of ingredients is ridiculously small and each one is easily identifiable. We don't feel like we're putting a radioactive chemical on our heads, but a natural, healthy product.

Amazing Product with Exceptional Customer Service
I have been a Natural Barber customer for the past couple of years, and wholeheartedly recommend it. The Hades matte paste is excellent, with the added bonus of being made from natural ingredients. In addition, the customer service is and has always been exemplary.

Unprompted review
Rough start but 5 star customer service!
Ordered an paid for 3 products 2,5 weeks ago. Should have been delivered already but it hasn’t. Contacted the company but no response so far. Probably lost my money…
After intensive contact with the company they did everything to help me find the package and compensate where possible.
Also very happy with the product, plastic free packaging and high quality wax. Love it.

You did get in touch with us and we responded to make this right - we did explain that your order was unfortunately lost by an international courier that we were trialing.
We have sent you a replacement and fully refunded the shipping costs for the inconvenience. We have also reverted back to using Royal Mail for our International orders so this shouldn't be an issue again should you choose to come back to us, (I hope you do!).

Does exactly what they say It does
Does exactly what they say It does. It Holds your hair all day without it being greasy or crispy. Easy to rub into your hands when applying it and no trouble washing i out with simple head and shoulders shampoo. Also Zeus on the cover makes you feel cool
