Sign of a good business is how they respond when things don’t go to plan. Have amended my score to reflect the service received since my initial review. Issue was explained to me and has been rectified. Very heartening to see companies acknowledge that sometimes things don’t go to plan but then sort it out swiftly. Will definitely use again

Ordered Hades matte paste on 30 December and still no sign off the product. Royal Mail tracking states it will only update when they attempt to deliver. Other stuff I have ordered from elsewhere has turned up via Royal Mail.

Love the matte hair wax from natural barber co - hold lasts all day with a non greasy feel like many others. My new favourite 👍

Best hair styling product I have used in over 30 years. Perfect natural hold that looks great and so easy to manage and wash out. 10/10!

I really like the product, but I would like plastic free packaging. The tin came pretty dented up too, so the packaging didn't really do its job!

Natural ingredients and doesn’t make hair greasy!

I wanted my hair to have more body, not look greasy and make people look three times (they already look twice because it is shoulder length and dyed with red organic henna). Hades matte paste is from heaven not hell. It does exactly what I want.

In all honesty, I think the Hades Matte is the best hair product I have ever bought. Feels great, natural hold which is reworkable with no weight or greasiness. No product I have used previously has been this good, and I've got several decades of hair styling experience. Thoroughly recommended.

I ordered 2 tins of the Zeus Pomade. This is without doubt the best hair wax i've ever used. What's more, I was experiencing really dry scalp for the last few months and, since using Natural Barber, it has cleared up almost completely.

Ordered a tub of the hades hair wax, unfortunately there was a shipping error but the company was quick to sort the problem and extremely helpful and sent out a replacement straight away. Very impressed by the customer service and would recommend to anyone!
The product itself is great, neutral smelling with a strong hold and doesn’t feel greasy or oily.
Overall very impressed and will definitely be purchasing more in the future!

Had been looking for a good natural hair wax to replace V05 for a while and decided to give the Hades pommade a go. Definitely not disappointed! The pots are huge and totally worth the money. The wax has a nice, buttery consistency that makes it really easy to work into your hair and wash off your hands after, and it keeps a firm hold of your hair throughout the day. Also smells like vanilla fudge which is an added bonus! Will definitely be using this from now on.
