I won’t buy Sri Lankan Beef Curry again.
I bought a packet of Sri Lankan beef curry which fitted well into my 800cals a day diet as it’s 393 cals. The picture on the website looked nice but of course these days misleading. It’s described as delicately spiced. I was very disappointed. The sauce was grey and it didn’t taste pleasant. But oh the beef! Each small morsel was so slimey and soft and just disintegrated in my mouth - it was horrible! Sadly won’t be buying again.
Very poor quality and unbalanced
I am trying to lose a lot of weight and knew I'd need to try different methods to keep me interested. Someone living nearby had given up on this diet and had almost an entire month's worth of food which they gave me for free. I'm following the intermittent fasting route so two meals a day plus a snack. All of it is way too salty. The soups are ok but the quality of the dinners is exceptionally poor. Only the worst cuts of meat are used. To get an appropriate calorie intake (1200-1400) and protein I'm having to eat a lot of chicken breast or fish in addition to the meals. Given the cost of this plan (admittedly I didn't pay) I would have expected the evening meal to contain more and better meat to increase both calories and protein. What is in the sachet is very unappetising and watery. I have to eat it with a soup spoon. As someone who is trying to recognise the full signal and eat more responsibly I am finding this hugely disappointing as I am having to stuff myself with other food. It would have been better if the two meals - soup and dinner - had equated to 1000 calories and could have then been topped up by veg and a snack. I really can't understand why the programme doesn't do that. This would be a one star review but I'm giving it two because it was free. If I'd paid for it then the review would have been the lowest possible.
They make food for NHS
I found it reassuring these guys make food for NHS and I love their soups

great food
I bought some food to lower my carb intake and they have lovely meals and I especially love the soups.
Great way to kick start a keto life
I came across this company from looking at the sponsors of an upcoming Keto conference in Edinburgh. I desperately want to lose weight, reverse my pre diabetes and get rid of stomach fat in particular.
I have tried all sorts of things in the past, with success, but wanted keto. I firmly believe less carbs is the way forward.
I am not great at looking after myself. This company is ideal, because apart from buying vegetables, from a list they give you, I don't need anything else.
I am on the fasting programme, with less than 20g carb per day.
Yes the portions are small, but the only way to lose weight is a calorie deficit. Yes, you feel hungry for a couple of days, but then you start fat burning.
The soups and meals are delicious. Yes, there is alot of sauce with the main meal, but if there was more content, there would be more calories!
The snacks are ace. I will be getting some of them separately another time.
This suits me because I really don't have to think or prepare anything save the vegetables.
The snacks and breakfast are amazing
The snacks and breakfast are amazing – really love them
My favourite meal is the Sri Lankan Beef – delicious but lots to choose from
I have shopped with them a few times…
I have shopped with them a few times before. Although the products received looked nothing like the images on the website, I was happy to keep ordering as I really needed keto meals and I am a rubbish cook. To clarify re the images, the pictures on website (chicken dishes) look like good sized pieces of chicken. The reality is you get bits and pieces and not much. The sauces that go with them are lovely though. So I would have given 4 star. BUT ...... over the last few months they have gone down hill. Only 2 chicken dishes available, used to be several more. The sausage casserole doesn't seem to exist any more. As for lunchtime soups ...... the two I used to get - ham hock and chicken and vegetables - have disappeared. All that is left are spicy or a blue cheese (which I tried once but not to my liking). How they expect us to order 28 days worth of meals with so little choices, I really don't know. I am not into pork or anything spicy so was limited to chicken dishes of which were quite a few non spicy.
I contacted them on more than one occasion, via Facebook making a direct post, via messenger and via email ....... a week later no response to any of them. I will not be ordering from them again until they bring back the missing items. If they have a production problem, then at least show the items and put " back in stock shorty" or whatever, just so we know they have not removed them from good, which it appears they have. Doesn't seem like I can upload any images or I would show you what the meals are like. Do I recommend them? That is for you to decide. The food I have had in the past, I have enjoyed although some of the sauces with the chicken meals, although tasty, have had consistency of water, so have thickened with cream. Don't expect a meal to look appetizing, they don't. They used to do a ham hock soup, which was so filling and tasted good, but when you looked for the pieces of ham, you had to hunt for them and they were tiny tiny pieces and lot of it was just fat. But because the pieces were so small, you never had to chew them but just swallow with the rest of the soup. I would buy this one again, if they ever sold it again, but the images on website are misleading.
Portion size very low, taste very good.
Portion size very low. Only had 4 meatballs provided in the port meatball order which is only 50% enough to make you full.
All other types of keto food ordered (2 weeks supply) had very low portion sizes, so only makes you 50-60% full. Waste of our money.
Taste is really good however.
Disappointing
Disappointing. Regardless as to whether this is marketed as keto diet...anyone would lose weight on a pot of plain yoghurt with a few spoons of granola, a cup of soup and an entire dinner that fits into the bottom of a soup bowl every day (even when adding a bag of steamfresh veggies). Hard to differentiate between soup and meals....had a chicken and vegetable soup today which actually had less liquid in it than the chicken dinner last night....the only difference was how small the chicken and mushrooms were chopped! Majority of the dinners are mainly liquid,
hence always eat from a soup bowl. Quickly tired of eating slop twice a day, although the snacks are very nice. Will do for emergency meals when i don't have energy to cook, but otherwise, not a sustainable diet for me.
Lack of transparency - not what advsertised
Unfortunately, the whole experience of purchasing from Natural Ketosis was really bad as I feel the company is not transparent with their customer from the advertising of its products to the return / refund process. Refund is calculated from items not returned at their RRP prices, there is a processing fee of £10 and the consumer also has to pay for the return label - none of this information is clear on their website.
I bought a 28-day plan which included 4 breakfasts, 28 soups, 28 meals and 28 snacks for £239. Because the product was not as described on their website, I requested a refund. None of the RRP prices were disclosed during the request, only that I would pay RRP on the items not returned plus £10 processing fee.
I returned 3 out of 4 breakfasts, 1 out of 28 soups, 27 out of 28 meals and 27 out of 28 snacks, and after all deductions, my refund was of £94.98 out of the £239 paid. This is definitely not a fair return policy and this is not highlighted on their website.
As for the lack of transparency at the beginning of the experience, the advertisement suggests the meals are ready to eat, no prep required, which is also not true. The pictures and descriptions are misleading - they make you think that it is something completely different. They’re pouches (!) and you have to prep all the side dishes, which I believe defeats the whole purpose of the products.
The only positive side of the experience was the customer service - they have been patient and polite. The rest of the experience was appalling and I wish I didn’t waste my money with that.

Don’t waste your money
I wanted to try this brand, luckily I went for the two weeks keto meal only. The food are tasteless and watery. Calories for one day 600-700 which is not even enough for toddler. Food gave me stomach pain so I ended up throwing everything in the bin which is sad for £170. Overall don’t buy I rather follow my keto cycle app and prep the food for myself and enjoy tasty healthy food.

Simply Avoid
Very unpleasant experience with this company. Food doesn't have any resemblance to the pictures on the websites: soups are bad, but dinners are just horrendous - a few pieces of questionable meat in loads of even more questionable liquid. On day 2 had a bad food poisoning. Ate nothing else but what was sent to me so had no doubts as to what caused the poisoning. Customer service was quite arrogant and insisted that it is not possible and it's just side effect and not a food poisoning. So not really listening to their customers, just brushing them off. I did send the remaining "food" back and got a partial refund and had to pay postage and handling fee. I just wish I listened to all the bad reviews.

Tasty and works
Purchased only a week ago and already seeing the weight drop. Very tasty and as for the soups, I read reviews that these are watery, I personally really like these. Give it a go!

A great keto diet, but understand low cal keto diets!
Having read many of the reviews here, people do not understand the principles of a keto / very low carb diet. If you are going to be disappointed because it isn't filling, watery, small in portion size, etc, you don't understand why you've reached the point of needing this diet. I previously undertook a well known keto diet based on shakes and so on and did well, losing nearly ten stone. But, it became a challenge and so when I came off it, I did the wrong thing and went "back to normal". Now I'm on natural ketosis and eating real food is enabling me to re-educate myself in sugars and carbs - and I'm not unhappy at small, watery portions because hey, thats what you get for 800 calories a day! Apart from the keto pasta which I found inedible, the pouches of soup and meals are great, really tasty, and with more real ingredients than the average supermarket ding meal. It's all stuff we can cook ourselves, but this makes it easy, the food is sous vide prepared, hence why fresh food can last for months. A great company to deal with too, Amanda looked after me when I had an issue. The bad reviews here are clearly written by people who don't understand what they're taking on, if you do need to lose lots of weight and understand ketosis diets, go for it, well recommended

Very Disappointing
I bought this plan because the carb levels are similar to a low carb diet I was doing but couldn't continue with due to the amount of time and money it requires. I started on this today and so far am very disappointed in it for a number of reasons:
A) The calorie intake is very low, extremely similar to other diets on the market that advertise themselves as meal replacement shakes and soups which I do not want. I ordered this one because it looked different to this. Whilst the foods are tasty, breakfast portions are very small even when adding additional amounts of yoghurt and berries as recommended.
B) The dinners are basically soups with food processed meat in them. They look nothing like the pictures on the website and are very watery, even when following the cooking instructions to the letter. How this company have not been brought to task under trade description legislation is beyond me.
C) The cost of the plan is already high; adding additional foods as described on the guides makes this really unworkable and not worth the money.
I will give the plan another go tomorrow as I have nothing else available at short notice, however really think I'll be returning the rest

Mediocre, but I won’t be ordering again
I was somewhat excited to try Natural Ketosis, being a delivery meal service that exclusively specialises in the Keto diet - a diet that I’ve tried myself and seen great results. Due to my busy lifestyle, I thought I’d give NK a try.
However, I was left somewhat disappointed in all honesty. The meals themselves, on the whole, are mediocre at best. Essentially, it’s soup food with small amounts of protein in. I’d say that the Chicken and Vegetable soup is the best meal on the menu. Everything else is very bland. Although, some of the snacks (particularly the Fatt bars) are quite nice, but you can buy them elsewhere online at a much cheaper price. The same applies to the breakfast granolas - very nice, but better off buying it direct from a shop (especially as you have to buy the yoghurt and berries separately anyway)
I think the biggest problem I’ve encountered is that the meals are not very filling, and you’re constantly in a cycle of hunger, even after a few weeks. It goes back to my previous point that the meals are essentially soups (very very watery) and the protein are not of good quality.
Overall, if you’re reading this and thinking of getting into the Keto diet, I’d highly recommend cooking meals yourself from scratch. It may require more time, but the quality of the meals will be 10x better, and no doubt more filling! This is how I’ve done the Keto diet in the past and seen great results.
I signed up to NK via a Black Friday deal, so I guess for the money it wasn’t too bad, but I certainly wouldn’t pay full price. On saying that though, I am regularly contacted by email and post with big discount codes, so it might not hurt to give it a go if you get it on the cheap. For me personally though, I won’t be placing more orders.

Serious concerns about the safety of this plan
I was given this plan as a Christmas present. I asked for it because on paper it’s a quick no thinking approach to get back into the Keto diet. It saves me from thinking about carb levels and the hassle of weighing food. Unfortunately I am extremely disappointed by it.
1. Daily calorie intake is below 600 calories when you add breakfast, snack, lunch and dinner which is barely enough for people to survive on. Even when you add 100g of approved low carb vegetables at dinner this would be classified as an extreme crash diet. Of course you’re going to enter Ketosis due to the extremely low daily energy intake and if you’re taking in barely 600 calories, of course you’ll lose weight. This is the level of calorie intake you would give bariatric patients under medical supervision.
2. For you to be able to even approach this sensibly you would have to spend more money on additional food making it not worth the money.
3. The dinners are basically soup with small pieces of meat and when you pair it with your lunch which is also soup. While some of the food is tasty, it becomes a real test of willpower to keep eating soup for lunch and a soupy mess for dinner. The dinners do not look like the pictures on the site.
So, as a quick crash diet to have for a very short term, it’s totally fine. As a sustainable and sensible way of eating, it’s not.

Customer since 2016
I've been a customer of Natural Ketosis since 2016 and can recommend them to deliver the results you're looking for.
I decided to try keto after putting on a few extra pounds and being unable to shift the extra weight through "regular" eating and exercise.
My main issue with keto is that you have to completely change your food buying habits and start consciously thinking about exactly what you can and can't eat and in what quantities. I found this to be an additional hurdle on top of the discipline required to actually stay on your new eating regime.
What I personally like about buying from Natural Ketosis is that this mental hurdle of supermarket food selection, what quantities to buy and reading labels to see if the food is "keto friendly" in the first place is totally removed.
Plus food preparation using the Natural Ketosis meals is a doddle.
All you need to do is stick to exactly what's provided in your meal plan and not eat anything else and you'll quickly get into ketosis. It's that simple.
Now this does require discipline from yourself, but the longer you do it, the easier it gets. Your natural craving for sugary or carb-heavy foods soon subsides.
My only warning about buying from Natural Ketosis for the first time is that the lunch and dinner portion sizes can feel on the skimpy side to begin with. However after a couple of weeks your desire to eat large quantities of food diminishes and being in ketosis reduces your overall hunger, so you quickly adapt.
You can also eat some additional foods (explained in the food guide included) that you can buy from the supermarket should you wish if you're struggling during the first couple of weeks with feeling hungry.
My advice would be to buy a wide selection of the Natural Ketosis meals/soups on offer and find out for yourself what you like and what you don't for future purchases.
I personally do not remain on keto the whole time, as it really is a lifestyle choice. However if I ever feel like detoxing or toning up after putting on a few pounds, I return to keto to get results. Natural Ketosis is the company I return to to get the results I'm looking for.

highly recommend
i have been using Natural Ketosis since January this year. I found some of their meals great, others not so much, but the quality is always first rate. Their plan is easy to follow and once I got in to it I found I could mix and match with their meals and ones that I figured out for myself. Delivery is prompt and customer service very good. I highly recommend this service to anyone who is thinking of going on a keto journey. It has worked well for me.
