I have only been using these meals for a week now. The soups are great, so are the snacks. The only thing I would say about the main meals is they are tasty but there is not a lot of meat in them and to much sauce.

As this is designed as a weight loss plan, the meals and protein contained within them is portion controlled to ensure the optimum nutrition and results. You could try adding some different veg which will help with the sauce. Cauli-rice or Cauli-mash are great options to mix with the sauce. You can also try stir-frying the meals with your veg which will help to thicken and combine more.

Not a great product or diet but kudos to the company
The meals really aren't very nice and I feel a bit mislead as it's not complete, I got this for ease but ended up having to go and buy a load of stuff from their suggested foods list to supplement the meals.
Luckily I was using this as a weightlifting lean muscle diet having heard about it being promoted for this, so I don't feel too bound to it trying to lose weight. I feel like if I was trying to lose weight this would be a miserable way to do it, there are better options out there!
I'm glad I gave keto a go but never again.
* I've never felt compelled to revisit a review before but the company were in touch within a day to talk to me about what hadn't worked and offered me a refund. If you feel intrigued like I did and want to try keto atleast you know the company are responsive and honest. It might work for you, it just wasn't for me but at least I've found that out for myself!

We do mention on our website that there are extras which need to be added - a portion of dairy and berries to breakfast and a portion of veg to your evening meal - but we will look to make this more clear, especially at the point of ordering.
As this is designed as a weight loss plan, if you are using it to aid workouts and muscle build there may be more in terms of extras you need to add to increase protein but our team are always happy to help with more advice if needed.
Of course, we understand that this is not the right solution for everyone which is why we do offer a return and refund option.

From start to finish, a pleasure. The food is great, maybe not everyday eating but great if you're busy and don't have time to cook.
Quality is great, simple to heat and supet tasty.

Exceptional Customer Service!
This company has the best customer service from any company I’ve ever dealt with before.
After a mix up with the delivery (total fault of courier) and having no luck chasing my parcel with said courier, I was feeling extremely fed up.
Amanda and her team went out of their way to answer my questions and worries, and sort out the problem, even when most companies would be closed.
They have bent over backwards to make this customer very happy and pleased. Their plans have helped me loose a great amount of weight already.
Quick and easy plans and lots of support when needed. Definitely recommend.

I wish someone had called and explained the process. You send lots of material to explain, but the material isn’t straightforward. I had to guess what to eat when by myself. I was part of a similar program back in Dubai, working with a dietician all along the way, which I found pretty motivating and reassuring. This experience is very transactional and not personal at all.

We made a decision not to offer follow up calls as, most of the time, we were catching people at a time which was not convenient or just leaving voicemails so, whilst we still offer a fully supported plan, we just ask that a customer calls or emails us when they need us so that our time can be used helping the people who need it and not leaving voicemails for people who don't :)

Great food, clear nutritional info
I have been very happy with my Natural Ketosis food plans. The food is generally very tasty, and the snacks are great. Clear nutritional information to help you track your carbs/fat/proteins. You definitely need to supplement with vegetables (salads, side veggies for dinner) and some dairy (almond milk for granola/breakfast) so it’s not the only money you’ll spend for the month, but it’s worth it. Dinners definitely benefit from bulking up with cauliflower rice or no carb noodles.

Still waiting
The delivery of my order was prompt enough but sadly the same cannot be said for a reply to my email which contained important questions I needed answered promptly.
Reading the paperwork received and the email sent by the company both directed me to a members only area which I was unable to access no matter which way I tried. In fact I couldn’t find the members area anywhere.
The food itself is tasty enough but it’s a shame the dinners also have a soup consistency. I’m hoping I last the 2 weeks I had planned to be on the Keto diet.
The granolas are lovely, as are the chocolate raspberries, the snack bars are ok and the salt n vinegar pork crunch is also acceptable. The jalapeño version of the crunch I found to be to strong and it kept catching my throat causing me to cough lots.

Great quality product, just want more!!
Great quality product, would of been a 5 star but lacks the meat in the dinners I need to fill me up.
Also be great if buttered veg was provided in a separate servings so could pop in microwave and add to main meal.
Apart from that the food is delicious, convenient and satisfying.
So in short I guess I’m saying that an option for “sides” to go with lunch or dinner would be the cherry on the cake.

As a carer who works 80hrs a week I was…
As a carer who works 80hrs a week I was struggling to prepare, cook and eat healthy meals especially as a vegan who is trying ketosis to.
But having the convenience of prepared meals has helped a lot.
Unfortunately I have discovered I am personally not a fan of jackfruit and I contacted the company who are very happy for me to exchange my meals to something else.
I have found the mushroom stroganoff to be my favorite so far and love the snack bars ( I tend not to like them usually as so many taste of cardboard) these do not.
So if your like me and trying desperately to shed the weight and have a busy life style it's perfect 6lbs lost in my first week.

Second Time Around
This is the second time I have used Natural Ketosis, not because it failed the first time, more because I ate my way through the pandemic.
Being on this plan has made it clear to me, that my problem is ‘portion control ‘, I have quite a bit to loss and have every confidence that staying on the plan, I will lose this excess weight over the next few months.

I was not happy with my purchase this time I'm because I tried to order my month's supply of food on Black Friday twice I phoned up because I was unable to do it it and was told by the helpline that you were very busy and leave my name and number and you would contact me back after two attempts you did not contact me back I was unable to place my order and lost my £60 Black Friday discount

The food is incredibly salty
The food is incredibly salty, even when served with a huge quantity of steamed spinach there was so much salt it hurt my mouth. As for the beef it tastes tinned which suggests it may not be British.
I think you could get similar nutrition from a can of chunky soup.
