The food is super tasty but unfortunately you burn more calories looking for the meat than consuming it. The sauces are really tasty but are completely watery.

Delivered on time, all as ordered. Clear advice provided by email. Good quality food with variety. Provides good information on alternatives to include to prevent boredom.

It's been about 3-4 months now that I've been ordering these boxes. Lost 26kg so far, which is amazing. Of course I am heavily overweight so I doubt it will be the same for more regular weight people. Loving the quality and the taste. I recommend baking your own keto bread/buns as these were a game changer for me as I just need to chew on something while eating a soup. Looking forward to the future and will be staying with natural ketosis for a long time for sure

Ordering and delivery was excellent. I was disappointed with many of the foods. The breakfasts were okay,and some of the main meals were nice, the soups were disgusting and inedible. Would I order again... No I wouldn't...which is a real shame.

Easy to order and great supporting documents. The programme makes it easy to be on track with a Keto diet. There is so much confusing information on the net - natural Keto made it easy.

The food taste so good, I think that’s what really surprised me about these meals. I am only 3 days into the IF Keto 28 day plan so not tried everything yet but the 3 days I have had so far have been really yummy.

Order before 11am delivered next day all meals taste good. Support via website is prompt and halpful. would recommend

Everything came on time, and I have done this plan many years ago very effectively, however, having to measure out the porridge is a pain and the soups are very watery (which they wasn’t before). On the 3rd evening I was horrendously sick and can’t face another day of the food yet (even though they were ok, or so I thought). I do not get sick easily and normally have a strong stomach.

I have found over the years Natural Ketosis always very helpful.

Having never tried Ketosis before (and no idea what I am doing), I researched UK company's that deliver a complete days meal plan. Most others I found were extremely expensive and wanted you to commit to a monthly re-order programme (not for me, I want to try first - not commit first!). Having stumbled across Natural Ketosis by accident, I read reviews and did my own research and looking at the meals and packages available, I thought I'd give them a try,
I bought the 28 day kickstart package and built what I wanted as part of my meal package myself. Delivery was fast, the box well packaged and goods protected well.
I decided to try something different every day so that my review would be fair across the range. For the evening meal, all you need to add is a portion of vegetables. The meals have all been excellent, The evening meals are amazing quality and the taste is amazing across all that I have tried so far. The sauce maybe a little watery for some, but I'd sooner have taste than a thicker consistency.
The plan is easy to stick to and there are enough extra 'snack' allowances like cheese and nuts so that you don't feel hungry.
I don't really drink that much water (perhaps 1 pint a day as it's usually hot drinks), so I found this hard to do to start with. The first 2 days I had to remind (make!) myself drink 2Ltr of water, but by the 3rd day, I didn't even notice I'd drank my recommended amount for the day, so now I'm drinking more water without it being forced.
What you all want to know is how I've done right? In my first week I've lost 7lbs which is a miracle as I usually lose 1lb or 2lb on a good week.
If you're looking for a company that offer great food packages and tasty meals with a variety of options all of exceptional quality, and reasonably priced, look no further than Natural Ketosis as this is all you need to help you on your journey. In case it's not obvious, I'm really impressed and I will be buying again.

Easy website, prompt delivery and great products. Was struggling with Keto way of eating and these products have made it so easy. Well worth the money.

As other reviews have said, sauces can be quite runny. It would probably be helpful to have instruction on how to fix this (like adding xantham gum when cooking in saucepan). However, I’ve been generally pleased with the food thus far for a quick keto meal when the rest of the family is having pizza night.

I have depression and my husband has diabetes. We picked natural kerosis because it’s easy, healthy and now we’re both really feeling better. Waiting the diabetes nurse to be astonished - they’re so cynical about diabetics complying!
We’re both getting thinner, and it’s so easy to just grab a lunch and a snack bar so there’s no problem searching the high st for suitable meals. Same if we’re too tired to cook. This is an ideal way to build up my ability to cook diabetes friendly meals without strain, and I think I’ll keep some of these carefully planned packet meals around even after we change from weight loss to maintenance because it makes it so easy to eat healthy when you’re feeling low.
