Natural Ketosis is a great company. The food is very tasty and all the hard work is done for you. You don’t have to count carbs as they have done it. Customer service is great too and will answer any questions you may have. All in all a brilliant company. Next day delivery if you order before 12:00! 😬

Very expensive for what you get, meals are only a few small lumps of meat in a watery liquid, they are mostly tasty but even with added veg arent filling enough. The Pork one is gross, just lumps of fat with a few slivers of very fatty meat. The chicken ones I've had so far taste nice. My favourite has been the sausage one. The soups are nice, I ordered ham one n mushroom one. Sometimes I add a bit of veg to them just to have enough to eat, but at least they are thicker than the liquid the meals come in.
I don't like the fatt bars or the breakfasts, plus the fact that such a tiny amount of breakfast is allowed, it wouldn't fill a sparrow. So I will try to find the link that lets you buy only what you want rather than buy a plan again.

Early days and I haven't tried all the foods as yet, however, the customer service has been fantastic and the meals I have tried have been tasty and filling. so far im very happy that i chose this company.

Although I have given 5, it mostly for customer service and delivery and just some meals
I find the breakfast and soups completely unpalatable - maybe that is just me So do try and make your own opinion

If you could suggest some other items that we can prepare and take along with your delivered food.

Although I reduced 6 kg in 7 days.

The meals have been really tasty, which was a surprise to me. Less sure about the soup at lunch and generally i have preferred a salad.

I am not new to keto and I am vegan so I was a little skeptical about this, but I needed something to kickstart me back into keto as I want to lose some lockdown pounds. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. I have seen a lot of reviews where people did not like the meals. I loved the meals. I did get kind of creative with them. I added in vegan chicken where 100grams is only 1 carb, or Beyond Meat again super low carb, add tofu 1 carb, vegan yoghurt 0 carbs, unsweetened vanilla almond milk 0 carbs. If you look at the instructions for the regular (meat) keto plan they say you can have meat or eggs for snacks, so why shouldn't I add vegan 1 carb meat I figured. Glad I did because it helped make all the meals delicious. I also did not microwave anything, I put it in a pan on the stove added seasonings, vegan ingredients, bring to boil, lower heat and cook covered for 10 to 15 minutes. Everything came out rich and satisfying. I could not believe how I felt completely full and not hungry. I would love it if there were more variety for meat-free meals. I can see the potential in some of the other meals they offer. It would be nice if they paid more attention to their meat-free instructions and ideas as to what you can and can't have. I have a feeling most people wouldn't read every single guide on their site like I did. It's expensive but you know what, I stuck to it because I spent the money and it put me right into ketosis and kept me on track. I recently ordered some more meals to keep handy as they are so convenient and there was a 20% off sale. Totally worth it! I am not crazy about the snack bars but that's just me and I've tried many of them before. I do eat them if nothing else around. Would be great if they made some savoury snacks for the meat-free eaters. Loved the breakfasts in the granola I sometimes add a tablespoon of peanut butter and use unsweetened almond milk, I heat up the porridge and add the recommended amount of berries and I put sweetener in (I use Skinny Foods sweeteners for variety). I will keep an eye out to see if they develop anything else in their meat-free range and I would recommend this to any vegan to try if they want to start a keto diet. Get creative if you are meat-free just watch what you are adding. Will definitely purchase again.

I’m so glad I found this company. The Food is really very good, prompt delivery and it doesn’t feel like a diet. I think it’s a super service. The snacks are great and being able to add fresh vegetables is brilliant. No more measuring and calculating it’s all done! Love it .

I do love the taste of all the products. I signed for a 14-day starter pack. However, the sauces for the dinner meals are very runny. I'm wondering if I can thicken with arrowroot on the stovetop? This is the only reason I haven't given 5 stars. I had wondered what a vacuum-packed meal would taste like. So, I was pleasantly surprised. This method suits my lifestyle as I live alone and frequently can't be bothered to cook. I was wasting a lot of food/eating high-calorie ready meals

Really good! I tried Natural Ketosis food for few days and these foods literally taste great and good portion for excellent prices!

I needed a kick start back into keto after going off track for a couple of months, and this is definitely the best package I have found. In 2 weeks I have lost 11lb but some days I did add extras to my plan that I were allowed and other days I followed it to the letter.
The food is really tasty but the sauces are a bit too watery for my liking so I used the sauce as a soup starter to my evening meal and then adding a cauliflower mash and veg to the main dish the way I like it.
It's super convenient and easy to follow I'll defo buy again. I've already had a couple of people order after hearing my progress so hope they enjoy as much as me.
