I have had a really bad reaction to…
I have had a really bad reaction to this diet but that is not why I have marked it down. I have marked it down because there was no warning that you could suffer from a Keto Rash in the side effects list. I stuck with the diet for four days but suffered so badly from day one I had to speak to my doctor who advised me to come off it immediately. As this plan cost a lot of money, I explained to the customer service what had happened and their response was that they will refund but will charge what has been used at RRP which I presume is higher than I paid. Also they will charge me a fee for returning the products. I will also have to pay to return product and will be refunded at the lower rate for product returned unused..
So all in all I will be out of pocket much more than just the product I have used. I believe this is done to dissuade people from returning product. I do not understand why they don't just refund the product returned and should not charge me more than I have paid for what has been used and then adding a fee on top. This is a very bad way to treat a customer.

A rash is not a common side effect of the diet, however, it has been reported in the past - especially on the internet. As everyone reacts differently to the Keto diet, I am sorry you feel you had not been warned of this.

Great meals for paid price.
I`m actually surprised how good the food is. I`m with Natural Ketosis for a month now and can`t complain. I received what I paid for and not regretting it. I feel full whole day even that on top of keto diet I`m doing Intermittent Fasting. Would recommend anybody who want to try keto.

Reasonably priced items, albeit not all. Good shelf life. I’ve used the main meals which can be a little liquid heavy as a semi stock to add more protein (200g) and recommended vegetable mix ready packed from Tesco or Waitrose (160g) Pork crunch really curbs the cravings. All in the pot for a slow cook. The NK overall recommends fruit and vegetable which is a sensible balanced food regime.

Low-ish quality for high price
The food is not bad at all, but the price is much too high for the quality. The caloric intake is much too low for covering a normal day, so significant additions would be needed.
It would work fine for me as an occasional pantry backup meal, definitely not a meal plan.
Later Edit to reply: As a former type2 diabetic and having lost more than 40kg with a ketogenic diet, I think I know enough to be able to say that any "diet" under one's BMR and at least 1g protein/ kg LBM is only looking for trouble. While I think Natural Ketosis provides a great tool for reaching goals, I also think it is not sustainble long term.

In terms of calories of the meals, a Keto diet is not focused on calories. In order to really understand this you need to think energy rather than calories. Your body requires a certain amount of energy everyday. A standard diet will likely provide 100% of that energy from the food that you eat however, in order to effectively burn body fat you need to reduce the amount of energy you get from the food that you eat. This means that you will instead burn your body fat for energy providing quick weight and inch loss. The other huge benefit of this is that you will feel fuller for longer as you are burning your own fat for energy.
Whilst on the plan, your body will receive 100% of the energy it requires each day, when not using the energy from your meals you will burn your own fat. Of course, if you are more active or have an active job, you may need to supplement with more energy which is why we provide a list of additional options you can enjoy each day if you feel hungry.

Amazing results!! 1stone lost in 2 weeks by following their guide!
I’ve used Natural Ketosis for a year now… my very first time I ordered a 2 week package which included, breakfast, dinner, evening meal and a snack. I followed the fab instructions they gave to the letter. I lost a stone in a fortnight!!!
I buy their packages to help when life becomes hectic and I haven’t time to cook for myself properly, it’s great just being able to pop my soup or evening meal in the microwave.
The food choice is large and they all taste lovely!
I’ve noted that a few other reviewers thought their meal was maybe too watery for them… for anyone new to Keto, they may not be aware that Xantham Gum can be bought from any local well know supermarket and it is the thickening agent that we use for sauces if we feel they need to be thickened. Personally, I’ve not found them too watery as I often pair my meal with cauliflower rice and the sauce is soaked into it, thus reducing it. (A little idea for anyone who might want to try it).
I’ve managed to convert a few family and friends to the Keto lifestyle and to Natural Ketosis… I suppose losing 4 stone in 6 months is a good advert!
You might think the prices seem high, but they’re not when you compare to how much you would spend on your food shopping in the time you’re using their package.
They frequently run discounts which make it more affordable and once your first order is placed you get access to a members area where you can order as much, or as little as you need of individual items. This is ideal because we all know that once your body enters Ketosis, you’re rarely hungry so the packages end up going a very long way and lasting quite a while, and I top up items as and when I need them.
The customer services are also fab, and orders tend to arrive the next working day. If you need advice on something or have a question, I’ve always found the staff to be helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, responding in good time.
All in all, a 5/5 from me, and worth every single penny.

I started Natural Ketosis on the 19th…
I started Natural Ketosis on the 19th of July. I have ordered 3 times since then. Lost 6kgs. (With a lot of hard work) I'm honestly feeling the best I have ever felt. Breakfasts and lunch soups are great but I have to agree with many other reviewers that the main meals are mostly too watery and bland with the exception of the tomato based sauce ones (meatball and sausage).

First time I have used this product.. so far happy with the meals I have ate.. think it was bit expensive but if offered special offers would purchase again.. ideal for what I wanted them for..if I was only to prepare 1 meal.

Not good value for money
The taste is good however the consistency is poor way too much liquid in the meals considering these are for people not eating carbs so nothing to soak this up with. Even when having a meal it feels like a soup. Very expensive for the portion sizes. On other plans the soups are £3 yours are double coupled with the very small portion sizes not good value for money.

As the plan is designed for weight loss all meals are portion controlled. We ask that you add some perishable goods to the plan each day in order to ensure that you get the correct nutrition and consume enough to fuel your body. One of the main benefits of Ketosis is that you feel less hungry and fuller for longer so, naturally, you eat less food. It takes a few days for the body to adapt but there are extra snacks listed in your Guide to Success which you can add if you are hungry at any point especially in the first few days.
