Most of the dinner meals were quite tasty. Some more than others. The beef was quite tough but the lamb and chicken meals have been fine.

I found the soups disappointing. They smell great when they are heated up, but they have no taste at all.

The snacks are also great, and the fatt bars are delicious.

Ordered my first two week starter pack and was very happy with all of the food. Very easy to use and very satisfying. Already ordered some extra meals to keep me going. Will be ordering again.

I should have taken note of the other reviews which complained about how watery the main meals are - the actual meal bears no resemblance to the images on the website (additional veggies not withstanding). The sauces described as creamy were anything but, and the soups contain so much pepper as to be virtually inedible. As a salt junkie, even I was unable to eat the pork crackling snacks because they were unbelievably salty. I will definitely not be ordering again.

Wish there are a wider range of options for dinner meals but overall I love it! It tastes nice and helps you to manage your diet easily whichever you need to watch out for calories or carbs.

As much as I want to buy into this whole KETO idea, some of the food looks like cat food. It’s ok if you close your eyes when you eat it. Also when you consider it’s approx £80 a week it only comes with 1 maybe 2 snacks a day.. I understand the calorie deficit requirement but I’ve also had to buy my own KETO snacks which means I probably spending close to £90 a week to feed 1 adult and for me this is excessive

Started my plan 1st September, really really surprised by how tasty the food is! I'm very much a winer snd diner so have had many exquisite meals over the years..I'm already 3lbs down (obviously water) but still wow!
The snacks are delish too, although I find the pork crisp tad too salty 😜

The price is very good for keto diet but the food is not that much, i think it will be better if the food was fresh

I am three days into my 14 day intermittent fasting plan and have to say I am loving the meals. It is so convenient not having to store the food in the fridge and only takes a few minutes in the microwave. The meals are extremely tasty and just the right size. The only downside is the meals and snacks come to less than 1000 calories so have to be topped up with other low carb bits. Would definitely recommend giving them a go

Halfway through my first box of meals and have already begun to see results. Food is tasty and super convenient. Best thing for me personally is that as a truck driver I don't need to worry about meals lasting for the whole week in a small fridge. Just pop it in the micro and away you go knowing it hasn't gone off! The plan is a bit expensive but you get what you pay for and the quality and availability make it worth the money. Delivery was super quick as well.

I am on my second order from natural keto sis and am 21.5 pounds down. I have battled my weight my entire life and for the first time am achieving safe, steady predictable weight loss. The food coming in pouches keeps me on the straight and narrow regarding portion sizes.

Yes, portion sizes are small - but I am never hungry. It is a revelation to me how little I can eat and be satisfied. Yes, the meals are runny- but can be thicker if you heat them until they are reduced. Do I miss sugar? Not any more and these are words I never thought I would say.

I made my mind up to do the plan as instructed and see what happened. Thank goodness I did. Also, I have candida, SIBO and rosacea. All of which are dramatically lessened on this plan. One last thing, I have tried low carb diets before and failed miserably because I felt so ill. I found an electrolyte drink online from Keto Pro based in Neath, South Wales. I have 2 scoops a day in my 2 litres of water and no Keto Flu. Magic.

Really pleased with delivery, and the food is excellent

I have just finished the 14 day intermittent fasting keto box and overall I am very pleased! I have lost 7 lbs in that time, going down an inch in all my measurements. I only have a stone to lose overall so I am delighted with this! The weight loss slowed in the 2nd week, but I guess that is to be expected.

The food is pretty good. Starting with the positives - I have liked all the dinners (I only selected chicken and pork dishes so can’t comment on the red meat or vegetarian dishes) - they are very flavourful and genuinely taste good. The meat content does seem a bit small initially (and the sauces perhaps a bit too thin) but when combined with a good sized portion of the allowed vegetables, I have been satisfied. Plus after a few days on the diet I started to feel a lot less hungry and barely get any hunger pangs now (plus my sugar cravings have all but gone!) The snacks are also good (Fatt bars and pork scratchings) and I love the brownies, more so when I realised I could add double cream! As for the soups, I love the TexMex one but some I found inedible (chilli bean and ham hock) as they were a bit oily, hence reducing a star. The others are ok. I should say that when I emailed the company about the chilli bean one (as I had ordered a few of these expecting it to be my favourite), they freely offered to exchange them and I’m sure others will have no problem with it.

I have experienced some lightheaded-ness, which I understand is to be expected when starting Keto but I realised I wasn’t drinking nearly enough, so feel fine now I’m drinking the recommended 2L per day. So do up your water intake!

Lovely tasting meals and not that expensive when you think .

What I liked about Natural Ketosis is that they were always willing to give one personal help and information either over the phone or by return email. I appreciated that everything was planned for me and easy to follow. Unfortunately, I did not like the food and it didn't agree with me either. I was unable to stick to the diet. They were as good as their word and refunded the money for the returned food. However, be warned. The food is heavy and expensive to return. You will also be charged £10 for the original delivery of food. It seems this diet has worked for many people. I'm very sorry that it did not work for me.
