Good value
Some of the soups have a 'greasy' texture to them. Overall happy with the products and good value for money.
I have changed my review. The 'greasy' texture is no longer there. Enjoying nearly all of the meals. Dont feel hungry and eating more veg than I ever have. Weight dropping off (12lbs in two and a half weeks) and i wasnt a big carbo eater anyway. Just purchased a further 4 weeks worth.

When you look at the price you think wow that's expensive, but when your first starting keto how much food do you waste because its out of date ,this happens more so if you live alone . Ok all I can say is these meals are convenient , and I love them

Only two days in but very happy so far
Only two days in but very happy so far. Delivery of my 28-day vegetarian meal box was quick and efficient. The instructions included in the box and available in the members’ area on the website are clear and easy to follow. The food itself has been very tasty so far. There’s not enough of it, but the clue is in the word “diet” and hopefully once I’m in ketosis the portions will feel adequate. Excited to have started on the 28 day journey!

Totally Regret!!
Please be aware if you need to return any items a £10 return fee is taken, plus you lose a good amount from original payment due to RRP price. I spent £138, tried a few soups and meals but wasn't for me so returned minus the snacks and treats but only got £61.36.

Hi, thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that the plan was not right for you. We are always happy to accept returns for a refund. We have our return and refund policy on our website which you can see before you buy.
Any items which are not returned are charged at full RRP and deducted from the amount paid. You are simply charged the cost of what you would pay if you bought the items. We do not charge you more for them. As you purchase the full plan at a discounted cost this can mean that there is less of a refund based on the items which you return. Most people will try one or 2 meals and realise that the plan is not for them and return the remaining items to receive almost a full refund but as you did not return any of the snacks or treats there was a bigger deduction from your order.
As a goodwill gesture, I will waive the £10 fee on this occasion and have that refunded back to your account in the next few days.

Convienant keto
Soups and breakfast were lovely. Being vegetarian the meal options were very limited, especially for 1 month of keto. They all tasted pretty similar. Overall a little pricey but saves hassle of preparing meals. Would be good if you could purchase the snacks individually.

Only 5 days in and have lost weight.
The foods which I have had so far have been very tasty, yes I can see what some people mean about them being watery but as also suggested I have used cauliflower rice and it mixes to a nice textured meal.I love the porridge and granola, crispy pork rind and the bars which I have tried so far have been lush. I took one star off because I think that I would place another order if you can choose individual items and not set bundle. I think I would order more of the snacks and just a couple of soups and a couple of meals as I now am more confident to start cooking meals for my keto diet but definitely would be nice to have these to work along side my own diet.

I start on Monday on my 14 day…
I start on Monday on my 14 day kick-start plan so as yet I can not give a food rating however, I was impressed with the speedy delivery but the packaging was poor as if its just thrown into the box! My pouches of food look OK but the snacks were a bit battered and my little brownie had its paper torn and crumpled (so I doubt I'll be eating that)
It's a shame as it's not cheap to buy (£170 is a lot of money to me) and it's just thrown into a box. I'm not sure what the answer is, maybe better looking/fitting boxes

I’ve given 4 stars instead of five because the food is nice and filling but when it came, one of the pouches had burst because of how it was packed so everything was covered in chicken tikka masala. Other than it deserves 4 stars

Great fast service

I have been on keto for about a year and had such success but over summer have struggled to stay on it and needed a re- boost. Read some reviews about meals tasting the same and dinners being so watery so was very surprised at how genuinely tasty they were and not bland. Much better then what I could cook up. Excited to eat them, even the soup which doesn’t normally appeal to me. Tasted like the description. Not that watery, easily solved by the veg you add to it. Recommend cauliflower rice to soak it up. I’ve not been eating the snacks daily as really want to lose weight but nice to have them In the cupboard for when I want one occasionally or to have later once I’ve finished my initial weight lose and want to maintain again. Honestly so happy i spent money on this. Especially as there’s not a lot of choice in the uk. It’s hard on keto to constantly cook something up and worry that you’re going over on calories. Easy. Delicious. Pleasantly surprised.

Great but could be better
I purchased two weeks worth of food from Natural Ketosis. Overall I’ll really happy with the quality of the food, and the variety of warming food on offer.
My biggest problem really was how ‘soupy’ all the main meals were. There was a lot of liquid in them rather than it being a thicker sauce. So all dinners end up feeling like a posh soup. Add on that you have soups for lunches too, you end up wanting something a bit more substantial.
Having said that all the food is really very tasty. Just wish some of it felt less like fancy soup.
The actual soups are fantastic. As are the daily snacks.
Would definitely use again but hope they can improve even more!
Highly recommended.

Great idea, great food
It is a great idea and the food tastes excellent too! It might also be an idea in which you could buy certain foods separately or choose not to have say lunch but have the rest.

Furious - waste of money
Utterly ridiculous rip off would never consider ordering again. They perceive this as ‘meal prep’ and it’s actually some 250g sachets of essentially flavoured water with 1-2 very small chunks of meat in. My 2 meals and a snack on average is 680 calories which is about a 3rd of what I’d need each day to be in a healthy deficit. No wonder people lose weight. If you did the price per kilo it would be about £22/kg. About the same as a hand caught lobster…. For some watery soup that’s supposed to be a main meal. I am absolutely furious about parting with a sizeable chunk of my VERY hard earned money on something portrayed to be well thought out and structured and sustainable, when it’s actually a complete farce and an embarrassment. Shame on you.

With regards to the plan itself, as it is designed for weight loss the meals are all portion controlled. With a Ketogenic diet you must stop thinking calories and instead think energy. When you remove the carbs and sugars which the body would normally use for energy forcing it to instead use fat for energy. That energy comes from the fat we eat and the fat which we have stored in our bodies. This means that we naturally need to consume less energy as your body will create its own when you are not using consumed fat. I can also see that you opted for the Intermittent Fasting Plan which is not something we recommend people start with. When you combine Intermittent Fasting with Ketosis you consume even less energy as you are missing one meal per day. One of the most common mistakes with Intermittent Fasting is that people just consume the same amount of energy / number of meals in a smaller time window. Our Intermittent Fasting Plan averages around 1000 calories per day but the overall amount will really depend on the extras which you add to the plan. For instance, someone who drinks 3 cups of tea or coffee with whole milk will consume more energy than someone who does not.
