Natural Life Reviews 

I just saw a scam “natural life” website on Instagram so I would assume most of these 1 star reviews are from people who were misled and never actually ordered from the real Natural Life app or website. I have purchased about a dozen dresses from natural life through their app and have always received my order within 1-2 weeks. I personally have found their sizing to be consistent especially with their dresses as is their quality. I have never ordered sheets however because they have always been too expensive and usually I shop their sales as far as clothes go. I have gotten numerous compliments every time I wear one of their dresses and I’ve never paid for shipping because I always place an order over $100. As far as customer service goes, I’ve never had to return anything because like I said their sizing in their dresses is consistent for me. I’m almost positive though these bad reviews are from the scam website.

Could not find a place to write a review on their website. I’m sure this is intentional. The sheets are paper thin. No one mentions that in the website. And the touch lamp is worth about 6.00 in my opinion. Does not even work, arrived crammed in a small box with the shade all bent. They try to pack a large order in a small package and it arrives looking like second hand merchandise. Save your money and buy from a more reputable company

I have bought so many things, including clothes from this company. Everything so far has been great quality and everything looks exactly like the pictures. Everyone loves all my Natural Life dresses including me.

I have placed two orders with Natural Life and plan to keep them at the top of my favorites list. I recently ordered 3 dresses. The style, patterns and bright, richness of colors is way beyond my expectations. I couldn’t be happier!

I purchased from this company many times and the quality of the clothing was just ok. I only bought when there was a sale for the most part. However they sent my last purchase to the wrong address and even the billing address was wrong. I called as soon as I saw there was a mistake and they said I must have entered the wrong address. Well when you sign into your account it automatically uploads both your shipping and billing address. The customer service was awful and they didn't take responsibility for any of it. I called and filed a dispute with Pay pal and synchrony bankand I am still waiting for the outcome. Not only am I out close to $300 but I have had to go through all this nonsence. Good customer service is a major determination when purchasing from a company . Natural life"s customer service is awful. I am going to file a fraud claim against them as they clearly had someone put in a wrong address and billing address .

Horrible customer service. Still waiting for an item from 9 days to leave Jacksonville. Tried emailing and calling but it’s like talking to a stone wall. They take zero responsibility for items once they hand them over to the post office. They literally tell you if you never receive it that it is not their fault. They will NOT refund your money but will only give you store credit or ship it again. Of course you will probably still never receive it. If you complain they refer you to the post office or to read legal links on their page. The thing is if this is how you handle customer service ..make it crystal clear in your website instead of referring people to the carrier. State “ it can take 3 weeks or more. If you don’t get the item we will not refund your money “. they don’t do this because they know they will lose business. It’s a shame when a business loses sight of how important customer service is and how quick they can go downhill when they do this to people who trust their money and purchase is going to a company that won’t screw them over.
They should be ashamed being sneaky like this to people who try to support them.

I have purchased several of their blankets for myself and my granddaughters. They are absolutely beautiful and so soft! They hold up very well in the washing machine. We really love them!!

The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars, is that I did buy one dress and the material was thin.

I purchased some of their mix and match sheets and was immediately disappointed when I received them. The sheets are thin and much darker than pictured online. Their excuse was that they use very bright lighting in their studios. I also was disappointed that the sheets were quite a bit cheaper by the time I received them. They would not refund the difference because I used a coupon.
Even though the customer service was poor, I love the fun look of the sheets. I wrote a fair review that was never posted.
My second email complaint to their customer service, just recently, was about the sheets bleeding onto my brand new mattress pad. They say they respond within 2-3 business days but they seem to be ignoring my second complaint.
I took the time to write another review about the sheets, three days later and it’s not posted on their website. This is dishonest and false advertising to only show 4’s and 5’s. I’m very disappointed.

A lot of their stuff is super cute. However, you CANNOT trust their website reviews! I don’t know how their sheets got almost 5 stars as they are thin and tough - I mean worse than the $5 sheets you get from WalMart! DO NOT BUY THEIR SHEETS. And a mushroom nightlight I got that looked like it was made from 1980’s McDonalds Happy Meal toy plastic, but the reviews all talked about how cute and well made it was - How?!. But then I’ll get a picture frame that’s super cute. I’d stick to finding in-person stores that sell their brand so you can see it first.

I purchased sheets from the online store. They are very thin but I was careful with them because they were expensive! Yet the fitted sheet ripped after just TWO washes! By then, it’s too late for a refund so it was just a waste of money. These sheets have also bled all over my mattress and pillow protectors. After two washes, I wouldn’t expect that!

Bought the Rolling Tote Bag, the handle ripped after 2 months, I submitted a review, they never posted it.

I have been ordering from this company for 3 years. I have redone my entire wardrobe and bedroom with NL stuff. I've never had to return a single item and the one time I had to talk to customer service the girl was so nice and helpful that she even helped me style an outfit while we were waiting on her computer to process. I get compliments on my clothes all the time! I don't understand all the negative reviews. I always refer to NL as my happy place. Be careful though...you may get hooked!

I bought the oversize hoody robe. The material is incredible soft and makes you want to cuddle up with a good book. It does not have a belt. I wish it did. I have been using a scarf to tie it.

I’m planning on purchasing some sheets from them but after reading the reviews I may not. I see a lot of people not getting refunds they are due. If that happens, dispute the charge with your credit card/bank. I wouldn’t use PayPal bc sometimes they won’t help at all, but definitely dispute those charges!

I do like their clothing but I found their customer service to be lacking. I received a gift that didn’t fit. Attempted to exchange but was told it was out do the return window. No exceptions, even with a gift. Frustrating bc it was over $100 and now it’s useless. I’ve purchased many things here in the past but never again. Very disappointing. Would have been more economical for them to take my return and keep a happy customer

I've orderd bedding from Natural Life several times. I've been very happy every single time. They used to sell bedding separately so you could really mix and match your sheets and pillow cases. I've purchased their bedding as gifts also. I've never been disappointed by any aspect of any purchase.

I've purchased a few things from them and have always been incredibly happy with the items. So many people will comment on them as well and ask where I got them, especially the metal bowls, I have 2 and they are my go to in the kitchen. I'm honestly shocked with all the negative reviews on here. I have seen Facebook ads for that I initially was very excited by that showed so many items being crazy discounted. Then when I went to the site by typing it in to my browser and none of those items were on sale. I think it was a scam and I never ordered from them.

I have purchased clothing many times from this company, and I love the boho styles and prints. Generally, the clothing has been good quality. I recently purchased sheets (which are priced at $120) and they are extremely thin, see through, poor quality. I wrote an honest, but not disparaging review, of 3 stars. They did not publish it. Suspiciously enough, none of their items have any reviews below 4 stars. Shady and misleading. Makes me not want to shop there anymore.

The first time I ordered clothes from them everything was fine. But the 2nd time, they said package was delivered but was not. They said they were gong to resend my order but it never came either. They said they would refund my money but never did.

Absolutely horrible, first shipment took 30 days and I never received it even though they said it was delivered. We went back and forth and they offered to ship it again to arrive in 5-7 days. And again it’s been 2 weeks and it is showing delivered and it is not. So they are offering 70% refund. Absolutely not! I paid for shipping insurance they can give me it all back but bet I don’t see a thing.
