Everything I’ve ever bought has been amazing! Plants, trees, everything is very healthy and always packaged extremely well, and shipped in a timely fashion. Nature Hills Nursery is my favorite place to shop! I wish I had more money to spend, I’d definitely buy more this month.

Product and customer service were top notch, however, the amount of spam and solicitation I have received via both email and text message since purchasing were horrendous, and even now continue to be unacceptable after clicking “Unsubscribe” a number of times.

My order was shipped in a timely manner, the products where very healthy and the packaging was top notch, will I order from Nature Hills Nursery again? Absolutely 💯 percent. I can't wait to be nibbling on fresh blueberries and smelling Wisteria tree flowers! Thank you N. H. N.!

I ordered a Vanilla Stawberry Hydrangeas Tree. It was promised to be 4-5ft high. That is exactly what I received. I have to mention the packaging of the tree. We live in the South and it is still very warm here. I was concerned about the tree drying out before I received it. No problem with that because it was shipped in a pot with soil, and the pot had plastic over it to keep it from drying out. Also the tree had support around it to help keep it from shifting around in the box. My tree arrived nicely trimmed and with healthy green leaves even though it’s a little late in the season. I couldn’t be more pleased with its condition and the packaging. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again!

I placed an order at 6pm on Sept 21 for lodgepole pine trees and then discovered from local growers that those trees don't grow well in our area so I reached out by email at 8pm the same day to cancel the order. The company replied indicating I'd be charged a 20% restocking fee for the cancellation (or I could pick other items to be shipped). I indicated that no action had been taken on my order so asked why would I be charged a restocking fee. They said that's their policy and the manager I spoke with on the phone didn't care at all. The customer service at this business is the WORST. I never saw any policy about a restocking fee but even if I had, I wouldn't have assumed that I would be charged since it was within 2 hours. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOUSY BUSINESS!!!! They truly don't care about their customers.

The yellow twig dogwood arrived well package and in good condition. It’s been in the ground about 3 weeks and is doing well despite our lack of rain!

AWFUL products, terrible customer service. Our trees we ordered were cut down in HALF to be jammed into a box, the pots spilled due to packing them facing opposite ways. When called customer service about it, they refused to help and called the hacking and jamming of the tree "healthy pruning". Do not waste your money here!!

I have ordered two different trees (that I couldn’t get locally) at two different times of the year. They were both delivered in decent shape (for being in a box for a few days!) and we’re in great shape after being in the ground for a couple weeks.

Customer service was great. I ended up calling to place one of my orders since I was attempting to use a coupon that wasn’t working by email. The representative was able to get the discount for me and was very helpful regarding the shipping info. and what to do if the tree was damaged.

Good company. Good product. I will use them again.

Ordered a bareroot plant, it looked terrible on arrival but I immediately potted it and waited for signs of life. Nothing happened, got in touch with them and they had me scrape back some bark and send photos which clearly showed it was dead. Any other nursery from which I have ordered replaces the plant. Not this nursery, went back and forth spending a ridiculous amount of time proving the plant was not viable through no fault of mine and yet still only willing to give me 50% of what I paid for the plant (not the shipping) towards another plant. No thanks! Shop a different nursery, these people have terrible customer service.

I have purchased a number of trees from NATURE HILLS. ALL of them came perfectly equipped for travel and arrived thoroughly intact and ready to plant. All are doing well. I love the selection and convenience.

Plants were quickly shipped. Planted the healthy plants immediately and now have beautiful flowers! Enough said.

I received my Blue Mist Bush rather quickly. I planted it right away. It has been a couple of moths already. It seems to be struggling a little, but might be okay. I will see next year. Hopefully it will survive and bloom as pretty as my other bush I had from before.

I spent $94 for a plant that arrived in horrible shape. The leaves were yellow, spotted and very unhealthy looking. I am a landscaper and can not put this plant on the high-end properties I service. When I reached out to the company all I got was excuses about time of year and how they don’t fertilize the plants this late in the season.
A good company would’ve offered me a credit, or even just an apology - but all I got was rationalizations of why it was ok to sell me something is such horrible shape. I expect to receive what is pictured in their catalog - not a half dead plant. And this company doesn’t stand behind their guarantee of customer satisfaction.
Do yourself a favor and save yourself a big headache. Take your business elsewhere.

I ordered two plants that are meant to be eye catchers for my commercial property. This company was very easy to deal with. Took payment on their website and I had my plans within 10 days. I quickly transplanted them and they are flourishing in their new home. I hope they grow to be as beautiful as the pictures displayed on the website. I would definitely check this place out if you're looking to order plants

BEWARE!!! 10% cancellation fee on any order even if it is their fault that you don't get it! waited three months for an order, calling several times asking. Finally asked them if I cancel the order could I get a credit. They said yes. I ordered it from somewhere else to get in 2 days and called them to cancel and they said "oh yeah, by the way, there's a 10% cancellation fee.". nothing you can do about it. They have already charged your card the day you ordered it.

Price too high. Long shipping time which increases chances of bad outcome. Make sure you read the fine print on what you have to do to get 50% credit only, if your plant dies, and it very well may. Poor customer service. Their bottom line comes first. Stay away.

I ordered a tree, it came quickly, some of the leaves had fallen off but I planted it right away and it is growing like a weed. Very happy with my purchase and will order again from here.

Plant arrived quickly, moist and was a very nice size. Minor issue the carton was not marked what size "up" for delivery and was delivered upside down. Otherwise, I am very happy, plant is thriving and would order from Nature Hills Again.

Nature Hills had the Spice zee necta plum tree when I couldn’t find it anywhere else in stock. It was shipped in a timely manner. The tree was nice and large and in good condition except that the leaves had lots of holes in them that looked like insect damage. After I opened the box I noticed a Japanese beetle. However, my yard was under attack by Japanese beetles at the time, so one may have flown onto the packaging from my yard. Nevertheless, the tree is thriving now and putting on new leaves. Im looking forward to luscious fruit someday.
