Plants arrived in a timely manner and all are doing great.

I purchased 2 Xanadu philodendron. I was very impressed with the size and health of the plants.

This was a great value! Our trees were sent promptly and packaged well so nothing was damaged. Also the bit of dirt on the roots was still moist. Once they were ready to plant we could look at several videos from the company on what they recommend.

Deplorable customer service. This company essentially stole $200 from me. They sent me a dead tree and refused to replace it without additional charge or refund me. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Ordered a peach tree that came nicely tucked away in a box. Was in good condition and planted it right away! My baby is doing great! No complaints and will order again if I need something else.

I’ve bought several plants from Nature Hills, and they’ve all arrived in great condition! Zero issues.

Total scam. If I could give them zero stars I would. They sent 2 live oak trees by fedex ground from CA to SC in middle of July. Fedex took forever to delivery them and when they arrived the top 2.5 feet were grayish. Shortly after the top 2.5 feet of each tree died. I sent in crystal clear photos and these folks say that they can't see the dead part. Total scam.

I ordered a hydrangea Limelight tree. It arrived in a box in good condition. It went through a short period of being limp after planting but perked up quickly and now is in full bloom and appears very healthy. I'm very happy with the tree, cost and ease of ordering and delivery.

Great product-

I ordered several fruit trees which included a Brooks, French Improve, Italian, and a Grenade. I received all trees in very good condition. I followed planting instructions by soaking and dipping each container before planting. My new fruit trees are doing great, producing new growth two weeks after planting. 5 stars!

Beautiful specimens received on time, packaged well, and healthy

Total rip-off company! White oak tree arrived with a ton of insect damage and brown wilted leaves. Gave it the benefit of the doubt and planted it. Not one new leaf has grown in two months. Refuse to buy another tree from them with their “guarantee”. Paying 50% for another probably dead tree is nuts! This was a Mother’s Day gift from my 16 year old son. He works very hard for his money and to be ripped off by this company is shameful. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered a snow fountains weeping cherry tree. It arrived quickly, was extremely well packaged , in good condition and is planted and thriving. I'm satisfied with my purchase and will do business with Nature Hills again.

We ordered 2 Butterfly bushes about 6 weeks ago to add to our landscaping and additional choices for our hummingbirds. Both arrived pruned & in excellent health. I followed the planting instructions and they have really grown and flowered. We are totally satisfied with our purchase and we'll be back next spring for more. I wanted to load a picture as they are doing so well but I don't have the option available.

Our tree which we were so excited about arrived in an unhealthy condition with leaves wilted. We also had to wait several weeks to receive the tree. When we communicated our concern to the company, they kept coming up with excuses not to replace our tree or provide a refund. We provided several photos. We did everything the company asked us to do (which we were already doing, i.e, watering, ensuring that soil was moist and giving the tree some time to adjust), and after several weeks of being led on by the company, the company stated that they can't do anything because the zone we were in was not a zone that was optimal for growth for the tree. Please buy from another company. There are several out there. We understand things happen, but there was no genuine concern for the buyer, no genuine inquiry into the customer's experience, and no accountability for the fact that the tree arrived with wilted leaves, in less than healthy condition, thereby decreasing the chances of survival of the tree. Its a risk when buying plants, so please be sure to go with a company that understands and takes accountability for the delicate nature of this business. Nature Hills Nursery is not one of those companies. Quite disappointing. They would have likely made more money from us had they sent us another tree or given us a refund. But, we won't be back.

Ordered 3 trees and received them all today! Got a bonus item a couple of days ago! Trees came in containers that were wrapped and boxed up so they weren't damaged!Really impressed with the packaging and how fast they arrived! Planting them today so I hope there's a great experience with them growing as well! Would definitely recommend this nursery!

Great Tree Wisteria. Packed well to minimize damage. It's healthy and growing like crazy, even though it's still in the pot!

The trees came in containers- healthy and fast- the best trees I have bought online and are growing fast and healthy. I will definitely buy from them always.

received my hydrangea & planted according to directions … it is starting to bloom, and it is beautiful!! White cone shaped flowers for now but eventually they will be turning pink. Happy with my purchase …. vanilla strawberry hydrangea

Would give this place zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible. First order, the plants were a mess. They resent them - only to be destroyed again. Then, the plants were out of stock. I got an e-giftcard which did not cover the shipping costs so I had to pay more for different plants. Then there was a crop issue and the shipment did not arrive. Again, now offering another card that does not cover shipping costs. Therefore, I would have to pay even more to get the same value plants. Terrible. The plants are also extremely overprices.
