White everlasting sweetpea arrived badly packed, pot bound: tiny pot with about 3ft. of dead growth.. Ordered 2 white musk mallows: one poor and one dead. Will not be ordering again. So sad that a wildflower site should have such poor plants and will not be using again.

Swift delivery of healthy plants and plugs. This is the third or fourth time I’ve bought from Naturescape and it has always been a positive experience - besides which they grow lovely native plants! I recommend wholeheartedly.

I purchased 25 Yellow Rattle Plugs to plant in our Jubilee Wild Flower Meadow. They arrived and because our weather was icy, snow and high winds. I kept them in my garage - well below freezing, good lighting and I cared for them (I have over 50 years of gardening experience) The Rattle was surrounded by fine grass, last week I decided it was time to plant them - 12 of the plugs had no evidence of yellow rattle! These were not cheap! I contacted the company and they are simply not interested. I do wish I had checked their reviews on Trust Pilot first! A third of customers were not happy. Buy somewhere else.

Ordered bulbs 'in the green'. On the order it was clear they were not available until February and would be shipped then. Today, 12th January they arrived. The bed they are going into is currently a lawn and I thought I had 3 weeks to strip it. Now it needs to be done in a day or 2. Great.

I'll update this further when they should be growing healthy plants.

Absolutely delighted. Great website, immense selection, very good order confirmation, despatch notification etc. I ordered 30 plug plants. They arrived 3 days later in superb condition. Quick water, stuck them in the ground and they look as if they really belong there 3 days later. Many thanks!!

Excellent service all round. Used a number of times and will continue. Plants were well grown and in excellent condition. Customer service for advice etc above and beyond the norm , nothing a problem. I ordered aquatics this time and shall definitely order from them again in the future.

I purchased some wild flower plugs, two different varieties, one was in reasonable condition, not what I would judge as healthy. The other was in very poor condition, I have potted them on but still no improvement, I would not recommend this company.

Ive used Naturescape for orders of pond plants this year. Each one has been absolutely thriving, packaged beautifully and super fast delivery. I am thrilled I found this company. My go to from now on.

I have bought plants from Naturescape for over 20 years , usually just a few each year. However, last year we planted plug plants and sowed seeds in our churchyard wildflower plot. The result was a blaze of colour.

I'm thrilled with the SOAPWORT (Saponaria officinalis) plants I bought a few weeks ago from Naturescape!
After doing some research on the ingredients the commercial companies use in cosmetics and especially from Body Shop, I was sooooo shocked, that I decided to make my own. I even want to make my own soap, as the ingredients in soap bars are also something one wants to avoid. I looked up what I could make my soap with and I found that with SOAPWORT you can not only make your hand soap, but absolutely everything else!
You name it! Shampoo, washing up liquid and everything you can think of.
So on a Sunday night I placed my order with Naturescape and in no time the parcel was with me. Very nice sturdy plantlets which will produce tons of soap in all forms. You can use the roots, leaves and flowers and whatever is left from the process can be composted. I send them an email with some questions and I got an immediate response.
Very pleased with my purchase.

I ordered plug plants but they were delayed because of, I guess, the bizarre weather we've had. I asked for specific delivery slots as we were away and the plants arrived on time and in perfect condition. They were boxed well with excellent packing and are now happily in the garden. I note that the bad experiences most folks have had are from a couple of years ago. I've had other pluggies from Naturescape and very pleasant communications with their office. It works for me

I have ordered plugs of meadow plants twice from Naturescape this month. Each order came through in three days and all the plugs were in great condition. We are delighted with your service.

Lovely plants, so carefully packed they arrived in perfect condition. Their customer service was friendly and very helpful.

I ordered plants which never arrived. They blamed this on Royal Mail and said I had not collected the plants but no card was left. Poor communications and unhelpful.

I ordered 10 red campion and 10 white campion plug plants. Was most disappointed when they arrived as due to bad packaging many of them were crushed with leaves broken off at soil level. The plugs were all stood upright in a cardboard box with no protection against the lid of the box. When I e-mailed with a complaint I was told they were strong growers and would bounce back. Well they haven't. There is no growth at all on 7 of the plants so that is over a third of my order which is useless. In all my years of ordering plug plants I have never come across any so badly packaged.

Not a helpful company to deal with by phone or email !

Plants (English bluebells) did not look healthy when they arrived, some wilting yellowed leaves, and many bulbs were minuscule. Only a few that I should call full size for bluebells. Have planted out but without much optimism.

POOR QUALITY BOOKLET I ordered some yellow rattle seeds and a booklet “This way to your Wildflower Field” The booklet consisted of 13 poorly photocopied single-sided sheets of A4 and a cover colour photocopy of a wildflower field in a simple plastic cover at an over-inflated price of £6.50. I also paid £4.99 postage.
The 4 seed packets could have been enclosed in an ordinary brown envelope at, possibly, a cost of £1.00 and the booklet offered as a free download as on the “Wildflower: Catalogue and Growing Guide”. I could create a similar leaflet at home, with cover and binding, at far less a cost and better reproduction.

Ordered plants and seeds on Tuesday evening and they arrived this morning. Amazing quality and service at a very reasonable price. So much choice, I will be back soon to order more.

My box of 10 young ferns arrived within less than 2 weeks, although on the phone the lady had said that there was a real backlog due to the covid 19 crisis.The weather was hot on the day they arrived in a cardboard box, but they were in really good healthy condition when I took them out of the box. They planted up really well and there was no drooping whatsoever. I would recommend Naturescape based on my experience.
