What started with a delivery problem

What started with a delivery problem, made worse by the fact that the jars are not labelled at all, was owned and dealt with by the customer services team, positively and swiftly. Five stars for after sales. Hopefully packaging and printing will follow their lead. The birds seem too like the product emptying the jars quickly. Blue tits, Woodpeckers, to name two of many.

I ordered some dog treats

I ordered some dog treats. The website was easy to navigate . The products were great, my dog loved them & they were delivered promptly . All round great service. Will definitely use them again .

Poorly packaged and huge price increase!

I love this product but every time I have ordered it arrives with a split bag so the pellets are mixed with the cardboard packaging. The box is also not secure and the pellets come out from the joins so it wastes food. It has also increased by about £10 per bag which I feel is too much. I love the product but these two things will probably mean I won't purchase again.

Great products and speedy delivery!

I buy the ground sanitising powder, the treat mixes for chickens and the seaweed teeth mix for dogs and all products are great with speedy delivery. I have also bought a smoke bomb to kill red mites in the chicken coop and have never seen any since! A very happy customer 😊
