I say great eventually as there were complications as it turned out they couldn't get the product I wanted from their suppliers. They then refunded my money. However, after trying to get the product at other places and consulting the manufacturer I was assured that stocks were being sent out to Natures Healthbox's suppliers and that within a week I should be able to re-order. I asked Natures Healthbox to let me know when the goods were back in stock and when I placed the re-order everything was fine and came very quickly.

Ingredients listing in the webshop said only banana chips; they turned out to contain oil, sugar and honey also. Custom declaration was rounded up from 18,12£ total to 20£ total. Luckily still under the toll fee & VAT limit, but would appreciate that this is described precisely.
