Fantastic service
I was late and when I arrived to collect my order the shop was shut. The items were for my mum who was returning the next day (Sunday) to malta.
I sent a watsapp message and without any hesitation my order was delivered to my home that evening.

Above and beyond customer service
Lena is an absolutely beautiful soul and really took the time to explain the benefits of CBD and how to start using it. I have fibromyalgia and am looking for a holistic and natural alternative to prescription medication to help manage my symptoms. The muscle and joint rollerball is a godsend for targeted pain relief for my TMJ, and I absolutely loved the mango and papaya bath fizzie! The arnica and witch hazel topical is fantastic for targeted relief when massaged all over, and helps relieve my restless leg syndrome at night. Unfortunately, the vape shot additive didn’t work in my vape device and burnt off, so I’ve now ordered some oral oil to use regularly to reap maximum pain relief and relaxation. Everything was packaged beautifully too. Thank you so much Lena 🥰

Hello David, thank you for placing 2 orders with us this month. I’m sorry that you find postage high however please be assured that we make no profit on postage, allow me to break this down. Our postage charge is £4.99, Royal Mail charge us £4.45, our boxes are approximately 54p each which takes us to £4.99. We package our items well with eco friendly packaging which costs around 40p per order, we include a free sweet as a polite thank you. We don’t include any extra cost for label costs, labour to prepare & pack orders or fuel costs to take these orders to the post office (as many companies do). As you can see this takes us over the price we charge customers so rather than make a profit we actually run at a loss of approx £1.50+ as far as postage is concerned. In addition to this we used to offer free postage over £40 (this wouldn’t have applied to your orders as they were well below this) however we made a decision that despite Postage costs increasing, our overheads increasing, packaging, product & ingredient costs rising, manufacturing costs going up etc that we are sticking with our ethos of top quality, low prices and we decided we are not going to pass these onto our customers and increase our prices as we don’t believe that people should have to pay extortionate rates for CBD (please feel free to compare the price you paid for your products with other suppliers) and as such our profit margins have taken the loss. This however does mean that we are no able to offer free postage or subsidise postage any more than we already do. We are a small family business and work tirelessly to offer these products at these prices, it’s unfortunate that you find our postage cost high, we can understand why when you compare them to a well known online multi billion £ retailer who can offer free postage but we are a family run, small business and not yet able to subside postage and continue to provide quality products at our low prices. I’m sorry you feel you needed to leave us a low rating, this is unfortunate as these impact our business and we work hard to give customer satisfaction but some things are just beyond our control. I am new to trying out the Cbd oil and…
I am new to trying out the Cbd oil and first of all I will say is that the speed and postage of the item was extremely quick.
I have been taking this for a couple of days now and increasing amount of drops to get desired affect , but I can honestly say that after the first day in taking the oil I can feel a difference in my pain levels , so progressing along daily with the increase of daily drops I am confident I will achive a pain free day soon .
Would recommend this to anyone.
