Arrived in different condition to when sent!
Slow delivery.
When arrived cbd cola bottles were in two pots of melted lumps.
We understand that the when leaving the supplier these items were not in this condition, therefore wonder if the delivery company left them somewhere very hot.
Very disappointed 😞

Thank you for your review, I regret that this has happened, upon checking I can see you ordered two tubs of cola bottles, they were ordered on Friday afternoon, despatched the same day via Royal Mail 2nd class shipping which was chosen at checkout and that Royal Mail were in possession of the parcel for 5 days, during a heat wave prior to delivery. We have no control over the parcel once in their possession but we will be speaking to them about the condition that they store parcels during a heatwave. Once the goods have been returned we will issue a full refund as agreed, please consider contacting us to offer us the option to resolve any issues, especially those beyond our control prior to leaving negative reviews which impact our small business and which we work hard to avoid.
As mentioned we have not had issues with this product before, even when on display in our shop window which attracts the sun this product has retained its full form and has not melted. As advised we will be returning these two tubs to the manufacturer to try and figure out why there is an issue with these two only. We assume the parcel has been left, for a long period In a hot van which will have reached extreme temperatures that the product (as with most products) just could not sustain but our contact with Royal Mail will reveal more.
This is the first time we’ve received negative feedback for this product, we send out hundreds of orders for this product and on this occasion it’s unfortunate that the actions of Royal Mail have impacted negatively on our small business and customer satisfaction, we wish we had more control over packages once in their possession.
We wish you all the best and will refund once the goods have been returned as discussed via email.

A wealth of knowledge in CBD
I’ve had a few CBD products in the past but after nipping into see these and having a good honest chat about how to use CBD properly and the best product that will suit me I will go nowhere else. Their products have lasted twice as long as others brands I’ve had and I’ve seen better benefits with their products.

I highly recommend this business
I highly recommend this business, the products work really well and smell really nice, the owner really knows her stuff and didn't try to make me buy products I didn't need, only what she recommended and what would work for me.
