Best dog kibble I've found - says Wilbur (our dog)
My dog loves the meat boost kibble. Just tried him on the Salmon and have now bought a 10kg bag of that as he loved it too. Only quibble would be the cost, however there are often offers on which help a great deal! Orders arrive really quickly. Customer service is great. Would-be good if packaging was recyclable 😊

My dog loves nature's variety
My dog loves nature's variety, I've only ever been able to feed her raw until finding nature's variety she has bever eaten kibble.
Had an issue with a bag of food and spoke to a very helpful lady called Claire Parkinson who rectified the issue immediately and with no fuss at all.
I cannot recommend nature's variety enough both for the quality of the food and the customer service I received.

Insane price increase
When we moved to the freeze dried food our dogs absolutely loved it.
Natures variety have recently increased their prices by almost 50%! We used to buy the three pack of the 800g freeze dried for £44.99 and it's now £66.99 which is almost £28 per kg. Even with the 10% discount you get for setting up a recurring order, it's still mental.
I can't understand how their price has increased so much.
We've now moved to another provider which the dogs thankfully really enjoy. It's the same high quality ingredients and only around £14-15 per kg.
Not sure why Natues Variety are trying to log my review as not being for their business but it 100% is.

It's not the same as True instinct…
It's not the same as True instinct food, the bag arrive unsealed. I am not happy with this changem nor y cats like that much the food. I gave them another brand while I was waiting to receive a bag of Nature's vatpiety and now they don't even eat it.

Not the same food as True instinct
My dog has been having true instinct for a couple of years but since it changed to nature’s variety the food is terrible and I have not bought it since. It is nothing like the food previously despite them stating otherwise My dog would not eat it

Switch from True Instinct is a lie
I have been using True Instinct for over a year. Dogs love it. Produced in Germany, the packaging is recyclable and the food quality great. Now (strangely at the same time as Brexit) it changed to Nature's Variety and I was told that it is the same stuff, nothing has changed but the name. That's a lie. The smell of the food is now appalling! The bags cannot be recycled any more. Brexit thank you for lower quality (same price mind) and far greater impact on the environment. In the short term I have moved to Pooch and Mutt, if the UK carries on like this though, might have to leave as well :(
