Great client support …
Easy shopping and loads of natural products I normally use.
But 5 star is for the client support. I typed in wrong shipping address, my flat number, and i saw it immediately. I reached out to client support and in a matter of minutes they responded and solved the issue. Many thanks Jhana.

What a great company.
This was the only company that stocked a product in the UK that I’d previously bought in the US. I will definitely be returning for more!!
Their customer service is excellent and the fact you can communicate with them on WhatsApp makes it easy to get in touch.

FABULOUS discovery box
I ordered a discovery box and it was GREAT . So many nice products, really long expiry dates , some even in full size - a proper treat. I also contacted customer service as I had some questions and they were simply delightful and so responsive. I will continue ordering the discovery boxes.

Excellent customer service
I purchased from Naturisimo a couple of times so far. Apart from nice selection of clean beauty products this company provides extraordinary customer service. Recently I had some issues with delivery and Tisha from customer service helped me a lot. She was the one who first spotted issues with delivery and emailed me offering help. I like Naturisimo and have been buying their products for many years. The prices are not always within my price range, so I buy less now than before. Their customer service is good and they answer emails within 24 hours. They dealt with my recent email promptly.
