I bought vitamins and a lip balm

I bought vitamins and a lip balm. The lip balm had an expiration date in 2025 and was already expired when I received it. I contacted customer service, and they apologized and promised to exchange it.
It has been about a month, and there has still been no action. I then requested a refund, but I have not received any reply, refund, or any other update.

Unfortunately, we missed your email, and we sincerely apologize for that. This should not have happened. We also deeply regret that you received an expired lip balm; this does not meet our quality standards.

As soon as we realized the situation, we immediately processed a full refund. The amount has been returned to your account.

In addition, we have sent you a personal email to make this right and to offer a suitable solution.
