Bought these nappies to try a new eco friendly brand but they keep coming undone on my baby boy. We have only been using them for 2 days and he has had multiple accidents in this time.

The wipes are awful, they rip into lots of bits when trying to get them o it the packet, not ideal when you’ve got a crying baby and trying to get it done quickly

They also aren’t very wet so you need to use double the amount and it’s not wet enough to remove the poop of baby properly without making their skin red!
Expensive too, it’s around 4/5p per wipe and I had to use loads just to clean baby up. Won’t be buying again

Love Eco by Naty, just about to have my third child and I’ve used their nappies on my first two, never any rashes, soreness or thrush. Even after a longer leave over night! I’ve just bought the first two sizes for baby number three! Well done great company

So happy I found this company that cares about the safety of their customers and the planet. Their products contain no harmful chemicals or fragrances, and their wipes are compostable! I always keep them stocked at home and in my clinic!

The eco nappies caused a raw skin rash on my baby girl. I used other nappies and the rash went so it definitely is the nappies. Terrible quality.

Product is great but I ordered a large amount of product and the shipping and receiving experience was a nightmare.
The box the product came in was not fit for purpose (20kg of product in an "amazon" type of packaging), so obviously it arrived broken, it was difficult to handle and the delivery agency choosen was "spanish correos" which makes things even worse.
I end up chasing the package and picking it up myself. Not good

Update 14-12: After discussing the case with Customer Care, our feedback was collected and we received replacement items. Product remains great and we felt well treated, so we are updated our rating. We will buy again and hopefully we will not have the same issues.

We deliberately chose this product because the ingredients are important to us, and the diapers are great to wear and have neither a scent of their own nor do they develop an unpleasant odor like cheaper products.

I bought it thinking that it would be a better solution for the environment but I was mislead to believe that. It says “ 100% biobased materials on skin” and the last tiny information is that the distribution layer is made of PET and PP. To have this I would keep my regular diaper that at least is cheaper and also have plastic.

You need to tell your time to deliver faster.
No info was giving. I had to wait to get that info. Also give specific date as max day

Delivery time unacceptable. It took more than one week to receive my order, and it even arrived wrong. They are re-sending the missing diapers, for which I paid, but after another week the shipment is not yet in transit. This is unacceptable, I’m sorry but I have to cancel my subscription.

I really like Naty diapers. I think they have really helped to avoid rashes in my baby. However there is a lack of information regarding the delivery. I first learned when my package was arriving the same day it came.
