Would give 5 stars except need a way to opt out of delivery signature, having to stay home most of day to avoid being carded is bad and should be Customers choice to risk stolen / lost product especially if order is lower value.

The security verification system and delayed
The security verification system process was very difficult and confusing. With no explanation before the process happened and didn’t even know if it was a scam or phishing exercise! I had to check the validity of the company involved. Very unsettling and on top of that it took a couple of goes to get it to work. Then the product didn’t ship. Days and days later I queried the support and they chased it up and only then was the problem found. It shipped and has arrived. I was quite worried at many times that it wouldn’t. Thank you - I’ll probably buy from you again.

Xpress fee but not Xpress times!
Well u force us to go express post, which is fine to get things quicker and have a better estimated delivery date, but when I order something on Sunday and it doesn’t arrive until next Friday it’s a bit rich getting slapped with a $70 express postage fee when it’s far from the next business day or two. U charge me very expensive postage, I expect it to arrive very quickly.

Very misleading company
Do not buy anything from this company they will charge you for express delivery but not not even received the item after 5 days. They just created the label and blame it to the carrier by not updating which is bullsht..Dont deserved even 1 star

Your order was dispatched to you Tuesday from Victoria... there has been a weather system in QLD most mail deliveries have been affected.
