Whilst we appreciate your past contributions, the claims made in your edit do not accurately represent the events that occurred.
Regarding your services:
Your "VelocityNodes" domain has a cancellation request in place and is schedules to terminate on 19/03/2026.,
The 10gb server remains in a pending state, as the related invoice was never paid. As a result this service was never made to begin with.,
Your "Traveller" plan and any other associated servers were suspended upon your departure from Nautical Services. This includes all servers registered under your previous nauticalhosting.com email address.,
When you left, all Nautical servers under your management were either removed at your own request, as confirmed in correspondence with our Billing Team ("i also have 2 servers on the panel that you can remove," "my 2 servers were given to me not via billing u dont have to suspend them just delete em"), or removed as part of our standard offboarding procedures.

All development work carried out by staff or contributors is the intellectual property of Nautical, as outlined in our internal agreements. Any licensing or resource exemptions apply only during active employment or engagement; upon termination, all rights revert to Nautical. (Section Eight (8) and Nine (9)).

The Nautical Network project was, from its inception, a voluntary initative, as is standard for internal development projects. There was no guarantee of release, publication, or compensation, and this was communicated clearly at the outset and throughout its development.

For clarity, with the exemption of our Company Lead Team - who may receive a monthly stipend as a independent contractors - all Nautical teams operate on a volunteer basis. Contributors and staff participate at their own discretion and are not subject to strict minimum activity requirements.

We wish you the best in future endeavours; however, we stand by the facts detailed above.
