I wish I had read the reviews before ordering my curling/straightening iron. It took a very long time to arrive and arrived in a plain black box. When I opened it, I was unimpressed with the feel of the item. It feels like very cheap plastic. Each time I have used the curling iron, it feels cheap and does not glide through my hair, which is soft and shiny. It dries my hair really badly and has caused breakage. When I emailed the company, I was told I am past the 14 day refund date. So I have basically thrown over $60.00 Canadian in the garbage, as I can't even ethically sell this piece of crap!!! Don't bother! You can probably find a nicer one at your local department store, and not have to wait weeks for it to arrive. What a fraud. It's not even worth $10.00!!!!

A fraudulent store, there is no credibility in delivering orders and they ask you for money to resend the order after they return the goods.. Please be careful of this damned site

Did not receive hair straightener after paying for it. All emails sent not answered

Do not buy from this company. My product was in a black unmarked box just saying hairdressing product. No heat settings as per photos of what I bought. When emailed contact was told that I got exactly what I ordered. I don't think so. I even sent them photos. Was told that it was a discounted item and as such i would not be able to return it or get a refund. Was sent very cheap knock off. Would not recommend product at all.

Do not trust this company. I made an order over 2 weeks ago and needed to cancel. I followed their FAQs which stated that it can be cancelled within 48 hours of ordering by contacting them via email.
I did as asked and they did not respond in a timely manner so I had to chase again for them to say it is cancelled and refund will be processed shortly.
It has now been 2 weeks since that email, I was charged the full amount for the products. The product was not received and I have no refund either.

I ordered a Novoby 2 in 1 Hair Straightner and when it arrived and I unwrapped the packaging, the box was just a plain black box that said Hair Dressing Tools and nothing like the original box on their website. When I opened the box, it was the product, but it had no on or off buttons or any controls for heat settings etc and no Novoby stamped on it like on the website. I plugged it in, but of course nothing. I contacted them to let them know it was faulty with no controls and sent them photos of the box and fake product. I was away on a cruise when it arrived as it took sooo long to arrive. I explained all this and told them I can even send them travel information to prove I was away when it was delivered. All I got back was saying “I’m over the 14 days return policy so your too late”. I replied and said I have proof, but never heard back from them. So, like all of you who have had problems I also lost my money of AUD$62.

Would never order from here again I could not even call this a website didn’t get my order I am very upset that I didn’t get it I tried to get in touch with them but straight to voicemail I don’t recommend this it is a scam

Stay away from this company, didn't receive my order , when email 3 times no reply, alot of stress caused trying to get a response, be really careful, this is a bad site .
