Product is great overall. But I had a couple questions and concerns during the buying process and trying to find customer service is literally impossible.

We had a Nayax card Terminal installed with our New Hot Drinks Machine in our popular ChadwicksFarmshop C104085 the card terminal was taking payments but not straight into our bussiness accout it was going in a holding account so in July 2025 and had issues setting it up fast forward after giving all our shops history and all my lifes history and Pictures and documents and business partners and promising not to Money laundrering was i then accepted to use our customers cards with our machine, Once we got past that stage its Now October our first payment was transfered on 15th October of the amount but not the whole amount outstanding from July when the card terminal was first in service of being used. We are STILL WAITING ON 3 MONTHS of Transactions From Nayax to go through to our Business Account!

This company is horrible to work with when you need to get a hold of someone. I had to get so rude and nasty with them as they literally stoped my reader from taking payment wwithout hour notice that it ws not compliant. WTF!! No notic to let me know that i had to update something! Now 2 days later I still have not talked to the "right department" and they won't call me back.

We are still waiting for a reply to our issue. We were asked to ship our device two months ago, and the tech agent stopped responding once it arrived at their facility.

I have had a very negative experience with Nayax. Their customer support system is essentially non-existent. We have two stations purchased directly from Nayax over two years ago, and we are unable to use them because Nayax does not respond to support requests, and Nayax Romania keeps putting us off from one month to the next.
This is very disappointing on Nayax's part.

Nayax brands themself as customer service for unattended machines but the machine is faulty, they have slow response times, and all they did was tell me to go through the owner, which I explained wasn’t possible. I am no longer at the location of the machine and the owner never provided contact information to contact them. Thus, I waited a week and a half with no solution and no help from their “customer service team”

Very disappointed with NAYAX.
We were told by Coin Solutions, and confirmed by NAYAX via email, that we could have weekly payments into our account to align with our banking schedule. This was a key reason we chose NAYAX over other providers.
After paying for the device and installing it, we were suddenly told that payments are monthly only. This completely contradicts what we were promised.
The worst part has been the after-sales service – it has been terrible. Instead of resolving the issue or even acknowledging the miscommunication, we’ve been left feeling ignored and let down.
We signed up with NAYAX based on clear assurances, and having them go back on those promises is unacceptable. If weekly payments are not possible, this should have been made crystal clear before we invested in their hardware.
Would not recommend NAYAX to anyone who values transparency or decent support after purchase.

Nayax takes waaay too much of a percentage&fee to use their card reader!! Tried to get out of our contract last December when it was ending&couldnt..but this December better believe if changes are not made we are DEFINITELY cutting ties one way or another!

Its been a month and my account still isn't fully set-up... Tech support is great though. Doesn't make any difference if you never get the money spent on your machines.
