Great shop
I came in the other day and was very kindly greeted and helped with my a member of staff, her name was cailtin she was polite and gave really good advice . She was really helpful. The amount of choice is brill too .

Friendly, knowledgeable staff
I’m recently new to horse riding and with how much I’ve been enjoying it, I decided I’d take a trip to the Rochdale store to get my own gear. For starters as I walked into the store I was welcomed with a warm hello. The store layout was fantastic and also clean!
I had a wander over to look at boots and then a very nice young lady named Sian came to help and after trying a few pairs on I got sorted with some lovely nice long moretta boots. I then had a wander over to the safety department, where she then measured me up and fitted a new hat.
She was helping me for over an hour and there was no rush or pressure, just fantastic customer service.
Thank you so much, very happy customer, I will be returning!

Sam and Nic are always welcoming
Sam and Nic are always welcoming, helpful and have great advice. The store is always clean and tidy, things are easy to find although I always like to go and wander, just in case 😁 As a customer I find it frustrating when items are shown on line, only to visit the store and they arent there. Im guessing the stock is ordered and sent by HQ ? Surely the staff know their customer base better than anyone, each store area is different. Naylors Rochdale, Nic and Sam need to be looked after.

Today i went into the rochdale naylors store to see if i could get a body protector fitted as soon as i walked in the door and abundance of care was shown to me through many hellos and asking if im well and open to all the help if i needed some and the lady that helped fit a body protector for me was so kind and lovely such a caring set of staff
