We felt really uncomfortable in the shop—the staff were seated near the entrance, talking and clearly waiting for us to leave. We arrived 40 minutes before closing after traveling over an hour to get there, but the music was turned off shortly after we arrived, and the atmosphere made it obvious we weren't welcome to browse. It felt like we were being watched and rushed out, which was really off-putting. Definitely not the experience we were hoping for

Customer service the way it should be
A great deal on waterproofing and tech wash products. Plus when an order got mixed up the customer care service was excellent- Nicola dealt with my issue quickly and simply with great communication. All resolved and completed in a couple of days.

Horse simulator
We came here as we booked the horse simulator for our two girls, which was absolutely fantastic! I can’t believe it’s free??! Anne B was a member of staff who stayed with the girls and guided them and instructed them throughout. She was absolutely wonderful, such a genuine and lovely lady who really enjoyed being informative and helpful to the girls. It was also a bonus that she was very knowledgeable on horses! Had it been someone else I don’t think the girls would’ve quite got the amazing experience they did. So thank you Anne! The shop itself and the range of products is very good and we managed to get the girls some Christmas gifts. We will return to Yorkshire again and will definitely come back here again and hope very much to see Anne again!

Took my two granddaughters today booked on horse simulator 12 yrs and 8 yrs they have been before today they had Tash she was amazing with them.They had fun and really enjoyed the session would definitely recommend Tash she made there experience knowledgeable and fun think she is there favorite.so a very big thank you Tash you definitely gained two fans .

Great customer service team
I recently purchased 4 pairs of riding tights online. Delivery was speedy but one of the pairs were missing on delivery. I sent the customer care team an email and it was resolved quickly with delivery being next day. We can all make little mistakes every now and then but it’s how you solve them that makes the difference. This was 10 out of 10 and I’d definitely continue to buy from here

Had a ride on the horse simulator today…
Had a ride on the horse simulator today with Anne Burns. I had certain issues that needed work and Anne was very approachable and understanding putting me at ease, helping me to overcome my issues and anxieties.
I would thoroughly recommend a session with Anne, we travelled nearly 2 hours each way to go and it was well worth the journey.

Always visit the Rochdale branch for all my horse essentials. Staff are brilliant, friendly and give wonderful advice. However over the last month I’ve yet been able to purchase a single pair of the Arma Neoprene overreach boots in size full. Please sort it out. I absolutely do not need white overreach boots they would be disgusting in 2 mins.
