Great shop, fab staff!!
A long with the entire shop being horsey heaven and the staff being super helpful, I was looking to purchase a body protector.
Hannah came off the job she was doing to help me, and spent time explaining the different kinds and fitting me properly for a body protector. She did not rush me, and was very knowledgeable on all things horse.
She was great with my child who was also there, and offered to check the fit of her body protector which was in the car.
Honestly the best customer service experience I have had in a long time.

Measured for a new body protector
Called in to chat about and get measured for a new body protector. Staff Nic and Sammy could not do enough to help me! There were very approachable, super knowledgeable and friendly, and made me realise how uncomfortable I have been in my old body protector that just doesnt fit me correctly. I will definitely be returning to get my son measured also. Thanks both!

Naylors is the best place on earth!!
I went to Naylor's with my mum and grandma, and my mum bought a body protector, and while she did that, I looked at the amazing range of clothing. Also, I got to be squeezed in for the horse simulator - it was INCREDIBLE. It was really realistic and fun to ride around in all the different locations! I rode along the beach and travelled 5000 metres! I cannot wait to come back here. 😄
