Dress arrived but when took out of…
Dress arrived but when took out of packaging broken sequin pieces fell to the floor. The dress has an awful looking mesh all round the neckline not what I was expecting am returning.....which I have to do at my own cost even though I'd already paid delivery and the dress wasn't cheap expecially for the quality.

It is quite normal for our sequin dresses to shed slightly when taking out of packaging as our dresses are made for event purposes and are to be treated delicately which explains why they are dry clean only.
Our Kendal dress is one of our bestsellers that does state in the product description to have a mesh outer layer but we are sorry if this isn't clear via our online images.
We hope this doesn't affect your view on our other dresses on we hope to see you again.

All items are brand new from the manufacture and on rare occasions we do have faulty dresses, this is not a problem to us and very easy to correct - once item is received we urge customers to take pictures of faulty item to exchange for another dress or a refund if necessary.
In this case the dress was worn and so a refund or exchange was not available. We did have a conversation about refunds in which you did receive a higher amount than £15.
