Excellent Service

Prompt delivery, beautiful dress - unfortunately for sizing reasons I needed to return. Refund was sent in less than a week. Great service! Thank you

Really disappointed

Really disappointed. Ordered a dress, it was too small so I sent it back and paid £9 for next day recorded delivery as returns are not free. I stupidly forgot the order slip I the bag, but the item was still in the same bag so my name & address was still under the cellotaped paper AND I sent 2 emails explaining what had happened. No response to emails and no refund. I wouldn't waste my time with this company. Now I'm £74 down and they've obviously sold on the dress.

When we receive orders that we cannot locate to an order due lack of information we leave them to the side and wait for the customer to contact us.

Order 3 tracksuit only received 2 not happy at all about this staff not very help full at all It’s not about money it’s about u should get wat u pay for and u payed for 3 tracksuit and only received 2 will definitely not buy from here again

We are sorry you did not receive your complete order.

At the time of this order 3 tracksuits were sent which were final pieces meaning we couldn't send any more out (video proof was sent of packaging along with this to confirm).

Any orders that come unsealed, damaged, or opened should be immediately refused upon arrival and sent back to Royal Mail in which case we can dispute it and ensure money back guarantee.

Good quality items

I paid a lot for next day delivery. Ordered on Saturday morning and it didn’t arrive until Tuesday so I wasn’t pleased with that. The item was beautiful though. I find the quality of their clothes is very good. The sale prices are amazing. Happy overall!

Amazing very happy with purchase

I loved the items I purchased they were exactly like the picture stretchy beautiful and wonderful fabric with care to attention.

The jumpsuit with side rope detail was beautiful and stretchy and very flattering.

The sports short in sand were also stretchy flattering and felt so confident in them.

Last purchase was the ombré sequin and lace 2 piece was gorgeous material comfortable and loved the adjustable top and stretchy skirt fit perfectly.

Worst customer service I’ve received

Worst customer service I’ve received, allowed me to order a dress which was supposed to be delivered within 48hrs. I tried to get in contact with them for almost 2 weeks before they eventually got in contact with me, told me the reason my dress wasn’t delivered was because it was out of stock and if I wanted to pick another colour or a dress within the same price range. I get that it’s a busy time etc for them, but to not get in contact with me regarding this is a disgrace. Especially after me trying to get in contact with them via email, phone calls and dm’s is ridiculous.

We are sorry you have had such a bad experience with us regarding the dress you wanted and our customer service team.

When an item is not in stock we contact the customer via email, these can sometimes go to your junk mail and vice versa for us. If we don't get a response via email the last resort is contacting you by telephone.

Once these attempts have been made we leave the order on hold until we get a response, which is usually a few days.
Customer then confirms exchange or refund which is then processed on the same day.
