I’m a member of nba, I bought JA morant basketball shoes with product code 205304052 two months ago but NBA Uk store send the wrong size, I have order size 9 Uk size. However, NBS Uk store sent size 9 US size. I returned the same day with the reference number 10091597482, order number 2192899780, and until now I haven’t received my refund. Very disappointed because I’m a regular customers but looks like they don’t care their customers. Supposedly I’m going to use that money to purchase the new pair of shoes. The quality of product was fantastic. However we did need to return for a different size and the delay in receiving a refund is absurd. Still waiting for the refund despite the item being returned within 1 day of receiving it. Your confirmed receipt of the returned item on 30 October, it is now 28 November and still no refund for the item has been received. In a global market your return policy is very poor.

I went on NBA Australia website. I ordered gifts for my son who is 12 for his birthday. your sizes are 10-12 0r 14-16. We tried 14 on in the store and it was way too big. I ordered a playing singlet which onlt just fit him. I also ordered a team t shirt the same size but it was too small?
Also I have to pay for shipping from the UK? Why are these products not available in Australia?
