NCF Leeds.
We went to the Birstall retail park to buy a dining set. We looked at other retailers as well but the prices were too high so we decided to visit NCF since they had a sale on and we are so glad that we did! Naseer was an amazing person who gave us lots of time and advice. We ended up buying a dining set from NCF as the offer was too good to pass.
Naseer was very helpful during the process and gave us plenty of advice and showed us around all the options that we had. We will be buying our living room furniture from him next.

Fantastic customer service
Michael at the Leeds store was so helpful. He was friendly, polite & very knowledgeable about the furniture. He kept a distance enough for us to ask him for help but space that we didn't feel hounded. Fantastic salesman. Great rapport but not pushy.
