Excellent experience
Michael in the Leeds store was fantastic. He was informative and answered our questions knowledgeably without being pushy. We went to another store to look at their mattresses but came back to NCF to buy from Michael as we trusted him. The mattress has just arrived. It is so comfortable and was delivered within the two weeks we were forecast.

Horrendous after sales
When in store the staff at the Birstall store were really helpful. I told them that I didn't want delivery until a few months later which the sales man said was fine and gave me his mobile number so I could liaise with him over delivery. However a month later I am being pestered daily to accept delivery. I explained what happened but the sales man at Leeds denied this conversation. I have been called a liar by customer services and told to go back into store to sort this as there is no phone number to call the store direct. This is over an hour away from my address. They are threatening me with charges and said that I have no choice but to accept delivery. Joke of a service. Absolutely horrendous way to deal with customers. Once the store have a sale they do not care about after care and promise all sorts in order to get a sale. Do not buy from this firm. Pay a bit more and go to somewhere else where customer service is actually a thing and you are not made promises and then called a liar!

Just bought a sofa from NCF Living…
Just bought a sofa from NCF Living after months of trying to find the right size, style, material and price.
I’d never heard of them before until I was visiting the furniture shops in Birstall, but this was the only store where I was actually left to browse without someone following me around like a lost puppy 😅 which instantly made me feel more comfortable.
Liam was brilliant at explaining everything and gave me all the information I needed without making me feel pressured at all. I went home to double check measurements and make sure everything would fit my space properly, then returned the next day to place the order with Leanne, who was just as lovely and helpful.
One thing worth mentioning is that they seem to have far more options in store than online, so it’s definitely worth visiting in person if you can.
Can’t wait for my new sofa to arrive 🙌🏽

Buyer be aware
Once sold, you are on your own. The issue is mainly with the delivery company they use called Furdeco. You will be waiting forever and their calls go into voice mail after long wait in a queue. Shop will just say to wait for Furdeco. Joke! Edit: Order number NLOM16547
