Poor customer experience ongoing
Having bought a sofa that should have been ‘immediate delivery’ as they advertise all around the shop. It is now 6 weeks later and still no sign of a delivery!!
Shocking customer services sent 3 emails with no response and telephone lines always busy!
If it wasn’t for just having a baby I would be down for a refund and still likely will!!
Wouldn’t recommend.
Initially gave positive feedback on buying but would now retract. Post sales awful.

Purchasing the Osaka settees and chairs the Osaka suite the Osaka…
We visited NCF and ordered the Osaka two seater settees and a chair , we were dealt with by Kieran at Preston branch and he was a lovely professional knew his stuff young man ! We had visited previously and been seen by Becky , who was also a lovely young lady and very obliging and informative however when we returned she was on annual leave but as above we were looked after admirably by Kieran , would recommend your company.

Property Damage, Broken Furniture, and Non-Existent Customer Service
If I could give zero stars, I would. After a disastrous delivery on April 13th, 2026, I have been met with shocking customer service that consists of nothing but empty promises and being "fobbed off."
The "Service" Experience
Since the delivery, I have made multiple calls and sent numerous emails, only to be told repeatedly that the matter has been "escalated." It’s a stalling tactic. No one actually helps, no one provides a resolution date, and the staff over the phone are completely disinterested in the fact that their team damaged my home.
The Damage Report
The third-party delivery team NCF uses was negligent from start to finish:
Property Damage: They left a large scratch across my laminate flooring which they tried to hide by placing a chair over it before rushing out.
Poor Handling: A single man dragged "2-man lift" boxes through my house and stood "Do Not Stand on Corner" boxes incorrectly.
Damaged Goods: I have been left with a table with chipped veneer, a scraped metal leg, scuffed leather, and a bench that cannot even be assembled because the parts don’t fit.
Avoid NCF at All Costs
The "logistics team" refused to take the faulty items back, and the office team refuses to provide a fix. I am now at a breaking point. They take your money, damage your property, and then ignore you. I have full photographic evidence of the damage and the delivery negligence. Unless this is resolved immediately, I will be taking this further. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR FLOORS—SHOP ELSEWHERE.

We popped in thinking we’d just look at…
We popped in thinking we’d just look at a bed… and somehow floated out with a bed and a brand new reclining sofa suite. Oops (no regrets though)!
From the moment we walked in, Becky was there to greet us. Now, I’ll admit, I’m usually not a fan of the immediate “hello, can I help?”but Becky completely changed that for me. She wasn’t pushy in the slightest. Instead, she was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us find what we wanted, not just steering us toward the most expensive options.
We also had our little boy in tow, which can turn “grown-up shopping” into a bit of a juggling act. Becky handled it like an absolute pro—keeping him entertained, playing little games, and giving us the breathing room to actually make decisions without being climbed on every five seconds!
Having been around sales for many years, I can honestly say Becky’s approach is spot on. If more people brought her energy, patience, and authenticity to the role, shopping would feel a lot less daunting and a lot more enjoyable.
Safe to say, we’re over the moon with both our purchases and the service.
Thank you Becky, you made the whole experience a pleasure!

A very pleasant experience lot's of choice.
Kieran our sales advisor greeting us at the Preston branch asked what were we looking for today. Then told us where to look and if we need anything just ask. We looked at lounge sofa's. Then asked Kieran for details of delivery dates. We purchased a 3 seater sofa and a two seater. Our order was delivered yesterday we are really pleased with our sofa. Thanks to everyone at the Preston branch. Highly recommend
