Amazing help, great sofa & speedy delivery
We visited the Preston store 4 days ago and found a sofa that was exactly what we were looking for. It was delivered today and it’s incredibly comfortable and amazing value for money.
Keiran was very useful in the store, answered all of our questions, offered a tape measure and arranged delivery very quickly. Highly recommend.

Service with a smile
Whilst looking for a new suit at NCF Preston Kieran was very helpful and showed us a lovely corner suit and chair. Kieran sorted out delivery and arrangement’s. I would recommend Kieran and his team at NCF Preston and I will be certainly going back, I will be definitely recommending them to friends and family.

Becky was the best! She was very patient as I asked lots of questions and extremely knowledgeable about all of the products. Becky was polite and helpful especially when I couldn't make up my mind about which sofa I wanted. I would definitely recommend a visit to this store.

I had a great experience at the Preston…
I had a great experience at the Preston store when buying our new sofa, and that was all thanks to Becky. She was friendly, patient, and really helpful from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, and she took the time to help us find the right sofa without any pressure.
Her customer service was excellent, and she made the whole process easy and enjoyable. It’s nice to deal with someone who genuinely cares about helping customers rather than just making a sale.

Me and my husband visited the store to look for a sofa, we did leave the store without a sofa but that is only because we are so indecisive people but I cannot fault the staff there we had a lovely woman named Becky she was very helpful and her customer service was absolutely amazing very attentive and I would say one of the best I've come across in all the different stores I've visited i will go back and purchase my sofa from there and ask for Becky again to find me my perfect sofa which no doubt she will definitely go above to find it for me such a pleasant experience thanks again Becky.
