John at the Preston docks store was fantastic with the information given. Highly recommend buying from John and NCF.

Absolutely Excellent Service, when i arrived in the store sales person named john was very factual and helpful. Highly Recommend, even though didn’t purchased we will most definitely be back.

Greeted at the door then left to look round which was great as hate other stores that follow you round doing there selling pitch then when we needed help they were there for you lovely furniture at great price served by John who was very helpful

Becky at store is just brilliant!
Never ever pushed a sale on me. And gives you time to think about it.
I have visited the store numerous times to make sure I was purchasing the correct sofa in the correct style and size. Becky has been brilliant from the minute I walked through the door the first time. Going through all different options. Advising what is best to do with regards to finance and what would be best suited for the room.
Everytim I go in with a question or a query she is there to help and remembers me.
Kieran was also fab with the purchase of my table.
My sofa was delivered and unfortunately it was damaged. Again Becky was on hand to sort this and push customer services at head office.
A credit to this store!
I think we need more Becky’s in the world of retail!

Friendly welcome and then left alone to browse. Kieron was knowledgable and informative but gave us space to make our own decisions.

Shop experience was good, but after sales is shockingly poor, can't get through on the phone and emails were sometimes taking days for replies, bed we ordered was failed to be delivered twice after receiving tracking and upon third attempt it arrived damaged so I refused it and it took them over 2 months to give me a refund. Amazingly the store can only take your money and not give refunds.

No pressure from staff in buying anything but on hand if you need any questions answered a really good experience while shopping in this Preston branch especially from Kieran who I think is the branch manager thank you

Becky was welcoming, friendly and professional. She really understood the type of mattress I wanted and gave good advice.

Becky was amazing!!!! We looked everywhere for the right sofa,as soon as we walked into NCF today we were greeted by Becky, she was so polite, we weren’t hassled at all, as soon as we asked her about the sofas she answered every question and was so knowledgeable about the products and I just can’t recommend her and the products enough! We purchased our sofa later that day after looking at all the other furniture shops in the area. I wouldn’t hesitate at recommending this store with Becky’s professional and knowledgeable approach!

We entered the Preston store and was greeted by Becky. She left us alone to browse the mattresses and just told us to give her a shout if we needed any help. We really appreciated this as it gets very annoying when sales people continually hassle you. When we needed more information, Becky was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and wasn't pushy. We did end up buying a mattress. We would definitely return to this store.

Mattress put exactly where we wanted it. Also keep to delivery time. We'll done boys.

Anita at the Preston store was very Helpful and was not pushy with the sale of an ex display corner and chair. Anita was very happy for us to take our time deciding and I would recommend NCF living to our friends.

Anita at the Preston store was amazing. I love my new sofa and chair. Great price, great service, would highly recommend.

We visited the store fore the first time this weekend. We walked in and Becky greeted us with a smile. She let us know she was there to help if needed but that we weren’t going to get the hard sale.
When we did need help, Becky was very approachable and certainly knew her products. She made the whole experience of choosing a new mattress a breeze.

We purchased our mattress and we will definitely visit the store again in the future.
