I came to look at a new bed for myself but wasn’t sure what I was looking for and Anita at the Preston store was more than happy to help me within my budget she showed me multiple beds and mattress’s nothing was too much trouble for Anita she was bubbly smiling and very helpful 5* to Anita from the Preston store

Bought sofa last June.
After-sales update: We paid extra for additional cover for the sofa. We were told it covers oss of resilience of the cushions. After a few months. the cushions started sagging. We popped into the store and were referred to Stainguard (the extra cover specialist). They said that as it had only been ess than 12 months, we needed to qo back to the store. We went into the store and showed them the email. The store emailed head office and they said they would deal with it. Head office said there was nothing wrong with them; just rotate the cushions, and they'l be fine. This is an absolute joke after going into the store multiple times and emailing back and forth. This whole process took two months. I won't be returning here, and I advise everyone to do the same. I've never had sofas go saggy after a few months from DFS or SCS before. I thought they were cheaper than the other two, and going through a tough time, I might save money, but it's not worth it for the comfort you need after a day's work.
