Great service From Kieran at the Preston store

Spoke with kieran who was very helpful with deciding which corner suite and sofa to purchase. He answered all of our many questions which helped with our choice.

Bought a corner suite and a 3 person chair through Kieran at the docks in Preston. Was really helpful over the last few days of deciding the type of chairs we wanted to get as well as other options they had available.

Charles@preston was Amazing, beautiful piece of furniture and affordable prices so much better value for money than DFS

Then impossible to contact had to drive to Warrington to speak to someone re delivery
After 16 weeks delivered damaged the drivers took it back and drove over our lawn when leaving
No refund no contact with customer service now on way 40 minute drive to Warrington

We went to the Preston branch and we were surprised at the prices so we had a good look around with no pressure from the sales reps It was our first time in this store and we managed to find something we liked
We dealt with Anita who was very Pleasant helpful clear and professional and we bought a dining table and chairs
I would recommend a visit 👍

From the beginning I can honestly say that we received an excellent service from Kieran. We were listened to, given space to decide and then prompt service. When there problems with delivery they thought nothing of coming to help and would recommend as they went the extra mile.

We had never been into the store before. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door. They left us to have a look around. When we had seen a couple of suites that we were interested in Kieran at Preston store was most helpful. He helped us work which was the best deal for us. Once we had decided he dealt with the sale and delivery arrangements very promptly. We would definitely use the store again

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
The sales people are very good at what they do. Anita from the Preston Store told us a pack of lies saying its a family owned business (Rubbish - it's owned by one 42 years old man, Sohab Hussain) and that you will get your order within 2-3 weeks. This doesn't happen. Usually, you won't even get your order and if you do, it will be wrong or even parts missing. We received half a bed! Was told by the delivery men to ring on Monday as there was nothing they could do.
You ring and ring and ring and ring. Nobody will ever answer. You will email and guess what, you will never receive a reply! They are not interested once you have paid for your item in store!
You can go back to the store and argue the toss, it won't help, there is nothing they can do! Head office is in Birmingham! Just glad we paid by credit card - we have now had to issue a Section 75 against the Company.
The only reason they have so many good reviews is because they ask you to do a Google review as soon as you get home or even in store. Anita told us if she received 15 reviews with her name on, she got a bonus! I suggest you only do a review once you have actually received your purchase and it is totally fine!
Just look at Instagram and all the comments on each post - everyone in the same boat complaining.

What an experience we have never been dealt with so efficiently and friendly by Becky the Manager who by the way is a bit on the booloo side but then she is from Wigan but was born in Bolton no wonder she is a bit mixed up!!! We had intended to shop around with ncf being our first store to visit but the price and quality plus Beckys help meant we went no further and would recommend ncf to everybody

Truly awful customer service! We bought a chair from Ncf Preston in November 2025. It came with a single scatter cushion and we paid £40.00 (yes, really) for a second. The chair duly arrived, minus the extra cushion. Since delivery, we have been into the store 4 times and attempted to contact customer services via email and telephone over a dozen times. In the end, we asked the store to request a refund on our behalf. It's now February and we have neither cushion nor refund and customer services have declined to return our attempts to contact them. It would appear any warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. Buy at your own risk.} l

Becky was a great help in the Preston store. She left us to browse without feeling pressured and then was helpful and knowledgable about the sofa, helping us to make the right choice. Would recommend the store and Becky to anyone looking for a sofa, better than other companies.

An absolute shambles…ordered & paid for the sofa 18th Aug 2025 + was told half was ready for delivery & half was lost in the Birmingham warehouse in Nov 2025 + they spent 2+ months looking for it in the warehouse + told in Jan 2026 that half the sofa was actually still in Italy + was told it would be at least another 10 weeks…so we cancelled the order & eventually managed to get a full refund 25 weeks after ordering & 12 weeks after we were repeatedly told the sofa was ‘definitely in the UK warehouse’. Appalling customer service. Never again. (Order ref PROM1484).

Went to the Preston store today to look for a sofa and doing d exactly what we were looking for. Charles really listened to what we wanted, gave us advice and was not pushy which was great as there's nothing worse than pushy sales staff.

Great store, lovely quality furniture. Kieran was great, friendly & informative.
