Went into swansea store ,great sofa ,lovely knowledgeable service .Thanks Sue ,will recommend and come back again.

I visited NFC in Llansamlet mattress shopping and what lovely stress free experience, spoke to Andrew who asked me what I was looking for in a mattress, he took me around the store and encouraged me to try them, he really knew his product, he was really informative and no hard sell just answered all my questions, I will definately be going back to buy from there.

Warm and welcoming staff, this is our second visit to this store and spoke to Josh on both occasions. First visit we were interested but not in the position to proceed. This time we have proceeded and very thankful for all the advice and guidance Josh gave us. He also stayed with us after closing time to get us all set up. Such a wonderful lovely man to deal with. Friendly and full of energy. Fabulous experience 10/10

Today my wife and I visited NCF Living in Swansea for the first time. We had visited Wrens initially and afterward decided to have a look in NCF which is directly next door. Our first impression was how well layed out was all of the furniture, we were greeted warmly by Sue and told to have a look around and let us know if we needed any assistance. The furniture on display was excellent and the pricing was competitive, we immediately saw a suit we like and both Kurtis and Sue were excellent explaining the product to us and all the questions we had were answered very professionally. Needless to say we bought the 3 piece suite.
Sue gave us a independent explanation of the purchase procedure and we paid our deposit and walked away 2 very satisfied customers.

Josh at NFC was absolutely amazing! Had an answer to every single question we had and made the whole process super easy! And now we’re walking away with our dream sofa!

Went in and dealt with Josh today, just moving house for the first time and made the process of buying our sofa as stress free and simple as possible, would highly recommend to anyone, massive thank you to Josh for all his help and amazing customer service

Great service in the Swansea store ordered a bed and quoted 7-14 days delivery approx. 5 weeks later still waiting for a delivery date.i have made several phone calls asking for information.and just told we are waiting for it to arrive then told it was in and picked up by their delivery team.and we will get a call within a couple of days.no calls so phoned again and was told they are still waiting for one piece.we are desperate for a new bed so I asked if I could have a refund and go elsewhere.i was told yes but it would cost me 250.00 pounds half the price of the bed obviously I could not afford to lose that amount so I am stuck with no choice but to wait and hope KR mark from neath

Amazing service from Kurtis, Very patient and kind , answered all my questions, great overall service from him.

Big shout out to both Josh and Kurtis today for their huge help in our purchase of our new bed !
We were welcomed into a relaxed environment in store and given lots of information asked, they also helped adapt dates to suit us for our delivery !

My overall super star was Jon, from start to finish he was amazing, we unfortunately got flooded and the sofa we wanted was ready to be taken there and then. We explained we had building work needing doing and Jon when above and beyond to help find storage and arrange delivery for us. Jon was amazing polite, respectful, very helpful. Will definitely will be back for other items when needed. So thank you Jon for everything.

Did a bit of online research before going down to the Swansea branch - narrowed down to three sofas. Warm welcome from Sue, Josh and John who were happy to talk me through my choices and further recommendations without any pressure. Ordered a sofa and now looking forward to delivery! 😃

Today was our second visit, on both occasions we spoke with Sue Swansea, both occasions she was friendly, polite and made us feel comfortable, didn't rush us and gave us some valuable advise, will definitely recommend to friends and use store again.
