Order a sofa last October waited over 16 weeks never received it, went over to the shop numerous times said you need to phone head office but no one ever Answers the phone tried calling 32 times in 2 days no reply, then cancel my order well I thought they cancelled my order but never did then I get the finance company calling me just last week asking about my experience, and that my pay my payments are due to come out in a few weeks (for something I never received) well I told them everything and sent them all the proof as I kept all the phone calls (32 calls in 2 days) which no one ever Answers and found out they NCF had received full payment from the finance company even tho I cancelled it, absolutely shocking this company is still trading. I went across the road to oak land furniture and got a sofa within a 2 weeks of ordering it. DO NOT BUY FROM NCF

I was looking for a sofa for my sons new flat Susan at Uddingston Ncf was a great help and pointed out the sofas that were a quick delivery and fantastic prices we are very happy with our purchase

Susan at the Uddingston store was very polite and helpful we weren’t to sure what style or colour we were looking for but Susan gave us some great advice we are looking forward to getting our new sofa in a couple of weeks

Csilla in Uddingston was a great help. Came out to buy flooring and ended up buying 2 sofas from her.

We went into the Uddingston store just for a look and ended up getting a sofa it was just perfect thank you Susan for your help

Been waiting on a suite for months they told us the start of January still waiting. They do not know where the suite is. Can't get in contact with anyone as the shop doesn't take incoming calls. Disgraceful

I went into NCF for the first time today and was very impressed was met by Susan who wasn’t pushy and gave me time to look around she was very helpful when I needed help picking a new bed I would recommend this store

Great selection and time to browse without being hassled . The salesman who helped was Bradley . He answered every question to our satisfaction and could not have been more helpful . He displayed a deep knowledge with no pressure on us to buy . We made our decision and Bradley again surpassed himself when finalising the sale . Thanks to Bradley everything went like clockwork , we left happy and with a new suite .
