Software is user friendly

Software is user friendly, easy to use, make changes and payroll works for restaurant employees and managers with no problems. Support is a phone call away. Works great for our business.

The time to resolve issues is too long

The time to resolve issues is too long. I am still having tech support work on an issue that has been over 2 weeks. There is no communication between techs. One tech will call have the GM complete some problem solving tasks. The problem is not resolved . Then a few hours a later a different tech will call and have the same tasks. When the tech's call they will put our GM's on hold for an hour. Our GM's cannot be offline on hold for an hour. This is not acceptable

The Aloha group is well organized

The Aloha group is well organized, knowledgable and responsive. The overall training is lacking in critical areas that left me trying to teach myself the nuances of how to access information and sunscreens. Training needs to not be so rushed, rely on handouts and videos.

Friendly & Helpful Team

All your team at NCR I have spoken with are so very friendly, patient and helpful. Most times, the problem is resolved on the same call and even when it is not, they always follow up either with a call or email. Even sometimes when we are so busy & forget to follow up or close a case, when we do call back, they’re so sweet about it and I should know because working in Tottenham one gets to meet different levels of persons/contractors.
