NCR.com now split into 2 companies - NCR Voyix and NCR Atleos. My experience is with NCR Atleos and Cardtronics UK Ltd.
I have a premises with a Fast Cash Machine supplied by NCR and serviced by Cardtronics. Due to ongoing issues and the fact the property need maintenance, the fast cash machine needs to be removed.
Since June 2024 I have been trying to contact someone, by Phone, email and letters. When your lucky enough to speak to someone, you get a stock answer that someone will get in touch with you.
NOBODY has - I have even had to get legal involved.
They just blank you - but they have told me that the machine must remain switch on. There is no money in the machine, but it continues to Advertise for them.
So, it is now 18/10/24 and once again I am back to legal to try and get a response.
I have lost a lot of Time and Money as I booked work to be done, but can't proceed before this machine is removed.
A total Scam and not a business to be associated with.

You shipped me equipment
You shipped me equipment, I have no idea how it was addressed someone unknown at an unknown location signed for it. It wasn't me or any of my staff. I still can't find the equipment. You were hesitent even to put a trace on the package and have not located it yet.
