Ignorance of how our system is set up
Your company seems to be completely uniformed as to how our system is set up. Our tablets use an ethernet cable and wifi. Calling in to get help from your employees is a completely useless waste of time. Your support teams keep telling me it should be one or the other not both.
Maybe the Ethernet is used for sending orders in to the kitchen? And maybe the wifi is for our credit card processing?
I dont know, but whats worse is you guys dont know.
