Aloha Essentials

Before you release any product, I’d recommend making sure it’s functioning properly. We’ve had immense issues for the last two months with the handheld (axium) payment device.

Added a service charge to checks

Added a service charge to checks. Asked for a report so we can track this charge and keep in seperate from other charges like a large party gratuity. Was told I can just pull the numbers off each checkout at the end of day and keep a bunch of excel sheets. The numbers are in Aloha but asking for a report of the numbers is too much.

When a power outage hit my store

When a power outage hit my store. We were not able to go back online. We reached out for help and immediately we were put into spooling and I was educated on what would happen moving forward. Unfortunately we were not able to get back online immediately so we had to create a second ticket and had to wait until it was fixed by NCR. Every time we reached out and spoke to someone they were very helpful and took the time to explain and educate us on our issue.
