NCS accommodated my job at extremely short notice and had the part ready to install the day after I booked the works. The Engineer was friendly, efficient and carried out the repair and service to a high standard, leaving everything clean and tidy. Thank you.

Professional, friendly and efficient set up

Professional and friendly experience from start to finish. Visit for quote booked promptly with specific time window. Engineer explained why larger boiler wasn't required and how this was calculated. Explained services undertaken with boiler install to increase warranty. Personal email follow up to see if we wanted to use NCSPM but not pushy. Price came in substantially cheaper than British Gas with better products, services included, and better warranty. Was able to install quickly once our old boiler gave up the ghost. Good details of process from office (Dawn). Engineers on time. Done in 5 hours. Engineers (John) done different connections set up to increase efficiency. Time stamped efficiency reading printed out after commissioning came in at 98.5%! Very happy. Pleasure to deal with.

Highly recommend

Good response time (days) to assess the issue and quote for new boiler (some local firms in Surrey/Sussex area were offering lead times of 2-4 weeks to come out to check/quote, with a further 4 weeks to install). Efficient and very professional personnel in the office and on site.

NCS gas boiler installation.

NCS installed a gas boiler in our kitchen cupboard. The service was first class from initial contact to installation. The work was carried out promptly and efficiently with very little disruption. The engineers cleaned up when finished. Reasonably priced. Would use again and thoroughly recommend.

Highly professional team

Highly professional team, the survey engineer paid attention to what I want to the project, and provided a detailed quotation. After comparing 6 different companies, I choose them to install the new combi boiler, radiators and shower. They are very skilled and knowledgeable about the project, easy to communicate, They finished the work smoothly and nicely. Highly recommend them.

Very happy with the installation of the…

Very happy with the installation of the PV solar panels, inverter and solar storage batteries at the price quoted. The installers were very professional, considerate, polite and tidy, whilst carrying out the works. Any queries I had was answered with easy from both the installers NCS property maintenance along with any after care issues. Would highly recommend this company.

NCS were excellent from start to…

NCS were excellent from start to finish. Probably the best communication and help we've had from a company. We had a boiler installed and the workers were really polite and hardworking, even though the weather battered them making the job go on for longer.
Their quote and eventual cost was really competitive and we will keep them in mind for our Boiler servicing next year.

Issue after work performed still not resolved after 2 years of costly call outs.

We had a new boiler installed by NCS 2 years ago. Since then the heating has not worked properly. They have been out numerous times at a cost to us and have still not fixed the issue. An official request for immediate action has resulted in a response that indicates their reluctance to resolve the problem.

Hello, we are truly sorry that you feel dissatisfied with the service received.

In line with our complaint’s procedure, we acknowledged the complaint on receipt and have now responded in full.

We installed a boiler onto an old heating and hot water system In March 2021. When we originally attended to provide an estimate for the replacement boiler, the existing boiler was not working and we were unable to carry out any tests on the system at that time but our engineer noted that it was a very old gravity fed installation.
Following the boiler installation there were several reports of faults but on all occasions, we found the original heating component’s on the system to be at fault. No fault was found with the boiler or its installation. We last attended in March 2022 and following that visit the customer confirmed that the heating and hot water was operating correctly. No further communications were received until a letter was received on behalf of the homeowner in April 2023.
We have offered to arrange a visit, without charge, to survey the heating system and advise on any recommended works required and await further instructions from the customer.

Very good customer service from day 1

Very good customer service from day 1. Their office is responsive and reliable.
The engineers are knowledgeable and hard working with a good work ethic.
I've been working in the construction industry for 12 years and NCS has had one of the best customer service and tradesmen that I've had the pleasure to work with.

Combi boiler replacement

An amazing and prompt job from start to finish. From placing the order on line with Worcester, through to dealings with the company selected to install the boiler and then the installation, everything was spot on, even in extreme temperatures, the boiler was fitted in the fully insulated loft. You’d never known they’d been. Would 100% recommend NCS. Professional from the start with a courtesy follow up call afterwards

Didn't show up or contact me to explain.

Appointment was arranged for an engineer to come and do survey for a new boiler.
Having waited in all Afternoon I have heard nothing. Apparently Stewart their engineer was to come but failed to visit or contact.
You only get one chance at a first impression and this one is awful. Just the type of company you want to avoid. So I am going to, I would suggest anyone else does the same.

Happy customer

We recently had NCS remove a boiler and fit a new one. Very very pleased with their work and the care taken. They are also going to fit a boiler for my son.I would highly recommend them.

Disappointed to say the least. . .

Nice people but they did not provide the service that was expected. I decided to change my boiler because my heating and hot water were not performing well and I still have no hot water. They carried out an initial survey so should have identified all problems but no, looks like the boiler installation was the priority. They caused damage to my property (yes, they repaired it), came back and forth trying different things and costing me more money but still no hot water. I don’t know how a company can install a boiler and be happy to walk away when you still have no hot water. Disappointed to say the least.

As Worcester confirmed following their visit to investigate the issue, the problem with your hot water is not related to the boiler install and they identified a possible issue with an existing zone valve on the system. We investigated the problem with insufficient amount of hot water reported and we found that this could also be down to the age and condition of your hot water cylinder. Neither of these components were installed by NCS and are therefore not covered by our warranty. We apologise again that you are not happy following the installation.
