NCS supplied and fitted a new condenser boiler as our back boiler had given up the ghost. The work was carried out extremely efficiently as per the agreed budget and timescale.
The traders were very friendly and explained what they were doing and why so communication was excellent. I cannot praise them enough. Thank you NCS

NCS were brilliant from start to finish. From the initial survey, to helping me get additional funding and throughout the installation of a new oil boiler and water tank the communication was great, the admin support fab (no hanging on hold for hours on end) and the engineers worked efficiently, professionally and with consideration for the minor disruption caused. I certainly won’t hesitate to recommend.

Requested an estimate to replace boiler after existing one sprung a leak. Assessor came and understood my needs exactly and gave me options and the advantages and disadvantages of each option. The company were professional from start to finish and understood the urgency. The fitters were extremely friendly and professional and answered my questions when required. The back up staff in the office were excellent when I asked for an additional item to be added. I would recommend them and use them again myself in the future.

A rep came on Wednesday to quote me for the work needed. He offered me a slot on Friday. The 2 fitters turned up at the time arranged (8.00 to 8.30). They startedwork straight away changing the boiler, fitting 1 radiator and 10 trv's. They worked non stop and by 4.30 I had heating and hot water up and running. They didn't make any mess, cleared up and took away all the packaging etc. A very profesional job.

Top job completed in less than a day. The guys were friendly, tidy and professional.
Highly recommended.

Stewart came out to quote us for a new boiler on the ‘energy saving scheme’ 13/7/21. He immediately emailed the quotation which was very competitive in comparison to the two previous ones. I took a couple of days to consider, but it was Dawn in their office who sealed the deal by being thoroughly efficient. Job confirmed, installed on 22.7.21. We used NCS to replace our old oil boiler with a new Worcester boiler. Martin & Joe arrived promptly. They were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The boiler change-over was carried out quickly and with no fuss and the work area was left clean and tidy. The price was very competitive. I would certainly use NCS in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

I had 5 site surveys for the replacement of a failed Oil Fired Boiler, Only two organisations actually provided a quote - a situation I am seeing all too often these days.

The two who quoted were prompt and answered my questions.

NCS, who were awarded the work were the most helpful, answering all queries very promptly with good clear supporting explanations. They also managed to obtain a Boiler and carry out the work in the shortest time frame.
The actual team who did the work were professional, and although the boiler is housed externally in an extension to a garage, followed all rules applicable to COVID 19 regulations.
The work was completed within one day to my satisfaction and the follow up paperwork - registration with OFTEC and the Manufacturer (for Warranty) confirmed within 24 hours. The work site had been cleared and cleaned prior to their arrival and was left in a similar condition with original boiler and all associated redundant piping/lagging etc. taken away. All in all a very good job.

I was contacted by NCS after completing an online form for installation of boiler under a government scheme. The lady that contacted me was charming and explained things clearly to me. I proceeded with the installation of a new boiler. At every single stage of the ‘journey’ communication was first class - quick replies answering my questions. The installation was smooth and very professionally handled. There was a very minor snag requiring some repainting, which, and this is what reviewers need to know, was handled quickly and without fuss - even though the company is based over 70 miles away. I felt guilty afterwards about even mentioning it - I could have done it myself. I’m getting on a bit now in age, but I will go on record as saying that I can’t recall any company or organisation I have dealt with that consistently communicated so well. Oh, and the price was very competitive as well. Highly recommended.

My experience of NCS has been absolutely amazing. From my first enquiry, followed by a survey, then response to my queries and finally the installation was superb. The whole team were so very friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. It is always a worry when appointing a contractor for something as big as a boiler installation but from the outset I felt comfortable with NCS and this confidence continued through all steps. I would whole heartedly recommend them and would have no hesitation in using them again.

My 15 year old boiler was "coughing up its last", a couple of weeks ago, so I did a quick search and landed on NCS, who visited the following day to provide an estimate for replacement. There was no high pressure sales, just a clear estimate - and honest assessments of possible delays in getting stock. Last weekend, our leaking, crusty Worcester, finally gave up the ghost completely - so I called back, asking to order urgently. I was advised that stock should be delivered on 28th May, but there could still be delays. they offered to source an alternative, higher spec model for the same price - that was in stock, due to the urgency - and my increasing pungency (lack of bath facilities!), which I gladly accepted. The fitters arrived with said boiler yesterday morning and installed it - with the minimum of fuss - especially given the atrocious weather ! They were good humoured and even moved a pile of bricks which was in the place where the boiler needed to go ! The workmanship was great, communicated brilliantly, left the place tidy before leaving and did a fantastic job ! I'm about to enjoy a much needed bath ! Thanks guys - I would not hesitate to recommend you !!
